He concluded his remarks by saying, “These three very talented people will be my eyes and ears, and I will get done what they suggest. It will again be, like The United States of America itself, The Golden Age of Hollywood!” Trump is calling back to a previous era when Hollywood focused on releasing good films instead of making political propaganda.

The “golden age” could make a triumphant return with values we’ve been missing.” While the reaction to his appointment has been overwhelmingly positive, Gibson has recently been rocked by tragedy.

Mel Gibson was among the thousands affected by the devastating fires tearing through Los Angeles. His $15 million home was completely demolished by the wildfires. In a recent appearance, the Mad Max actor blasted Democrat Gavin Newsome for how badly he handled the natural disaster. Joe Rogan, podcaster and comedian, asked Gibson what he thought about the issue.

“We were just talking about the wildfire situation and how crazy it is that they spent $24 billion last year on the homeless, and what did they spend on preventing these wildfires?” Rogan quired. “Zero,” Gibson answered “Zip.” The actor went on to say “In 2019, I think Newsom said, you know, ‘I’m going to take care of the forest and maintain the forest’ and do all that kind of stuff.” He concluded that the California Governor ” didn’t do anything.” While no details have been revealed about Gibson’s new role, it’s clear that he will be a warrior on Trump’s behalf.
