Tudor Dixon is running one of the best campaigns in the country right now, and it’s a shame she isn’t getting more attention. Kari Lake is going to transform Arizona, and if Michigan does the right thing, they might get their own version to govern the two peninsulas.
Like Lake, Dixon is smart, sharp, and doesn’t hold back against the media onslaught. A day after debates in Pennsylvania and New York received most of the coverage, Dixon was back on the ground with a spate of reporters, answering a barrage of questions and delivering one of the most remarkable unscripted three minutes we’ve ever seen.
Take a look as Dixon addresses each question head on with determination and unambiguous answers, pushing back against loaded questions ranging from abortion, sex ed, school closures, bipartisanship, and vaccine mandates:
Michigan Republican @TudorDixon running to defeat Gov. Whitmer gives absolute masterclass on OWNING the Corporate Media for 3 straight minutes

This should be required viewing for at least every Michigander, but indeed for any GOP hopeful running for office. THIS is how you talk to the media. She wasn’t rude, but she made it clear she knew what her positions were inside and out without holding back. If America can elect people like Kari Lake and Tudor Dixon, those states are in great hands and will set a template for what other swing states can and should expect from their elected leaders.
The first question fielded in the video tries painting her as an election denier. Dixon goes on the offensive and immediately labels her opponent as the cheat, not her:
I just made it clear that if she runs an illegal election again, that would be a problem and I’m hoping that she won’t do that.
Then, another reporter tries pretending that Michigan didn’t endure one of the worst pandemic responses in the entire country by rewriting history about Whitmer’s demonic vaccination demands. Again, Dixon immediately rebuts and clarifies. She at once calls out Whitmer while also reminds voters what they went through.
I was talking about her vax-to-normal program that said if we wanted to have our freedoms and liberties back that we had to get to a certain percentage of people that were vaxxed.
Here was that initial debate exchange. Tudor addresses the question; Whitmer pivots and just peddles nonsense. Ask yourself who is speaking truthfully:
I will never require your child to receive a COVID vaccine. This is a parent’s decision, not the government’s. pic.twitter.com/mxlt0Iq8qo

The next question also tried portraying the incumbent tyrant as a passive observer of the pandemic vis-a-vis school closures. Dixon wasn’t having any of it.
Look, we saw other states like Florida that said we are going to have schools in person that that’s critical, and that’s what we should have done in the state of Michigan. We saw schools, we saw other states, opening their schools and the children were safe. And they ended up having much less learning loss than the state of Michigan.
On the next few questions, Dixon offers more concise statements about the inappropriate content in schools.
I think there are dangers all over for our children. I don’t rank one as different than the other, I want to make sure that they’re safe no matter what.
If you’ve been talking to parents, they are concerned about the content that is pornographic in our schools.
This is how it’s done. Let’s hope enough people in Michigan got the wake up call and are prepared to vote the petty tyrant Whitmer out of office and send a real patriot to the Capitol.
