In yet another scandal in the New Jersey gubernatorial race, Pin Ni, president of CCP-tied Wanxiang America, has been revealed to have donated $65,000 to Rep. Mikie Sherrill’s (D-NJ) campaign. The race is already razor thin, and Sheril has faced significant backlash for claiming her opponent, Jack Ciattarelli (R), is guilty og “killing tens of thousands” in a debate.
For context, polls show a close 43-43 tie, and many sources believe that turnout will determine the election’s results, as only 84,000 votes decided the 2021 race. Democrats are freaking out over Sherrill’s “stumbles,” her scripted style, and weak messaging on affordability, noting she is “better on paper” than on the campaign trail
In any case, while speaking about his motivations, Pin Ni ironically told Bloomberg, “Business partners don’t feel comfortable dealing with a company that has a Chinese background because they feel sooner or later they’re going to have a government issue.”
Additionally, Rep. Mikie Sherrill, in the final debate of a close race, made a mistake that launched a significant libel suit. She accused Jack Ciattarelli of “killing tens of thousands of people” through his former publishing company’s role in the opioid crisis.
In any case, even Democrats are cooling on the controversial candidate. According to an anonymous insider, insiders are fed up with what they describe as “a series of stumbles” and an unclear message, explaining that Sherrill was “a better candidate on paper than in reality.”
Additionally, Irene Lin, a Democratic strategist, explained how she“has spent a fortune on polling and has no message beyond she flies helicopters and Ciattarelli loves Trump,” warning that “tired anti-Trump attacks aren’t enough.”
Offering an experienced view, Scott Presler of Early Vote Action, explained how this race will be won. Do you know…how many Republicans stayed home in 2021, the year after 2020? 600,000. The election was decided by 84,000 votes. Two hundred and fifty thousand gun owners in New Jersey are not registered to vote. If our beautiful gun community or Second Amendment advocates registered and mobilized and voted, New Jersey would be a Republican state — would be a red state,” he noted.

Continuing his explanation, Presler stated, “Democrats don’t believe in ‘all of the above’ approach to energy, like Republicans do.”Adding that she “can’t even account for the fact that she’s made $7 million while being a member of Congress.”
Still not done, he described just how close the race is. “This is tied. Jack Ciattarelli is poised to win the governorship, but we need a big, beautiful turnout. Drop it off to your local county elections office. You can turn it in in person, and if you are vehemently opposed to mail-in voting, I ask you right now to mark on your calendars October 25,” the experienced strategist declared.
Including his comments, he encouraged voters, stating, “Every single vote is going to count, and the fact that Republicans are having a higher percentage return rate on mail-in ballots truly is unprecedented, comparable even to 2021. I’m telling you, this race is winnable.”
