    Crew of Armed Men Fought Off By Conceal Carry Permit Holder In Chicago Gunfight

    A massive shooting took place in Downtown Chicago on November 8 as a group of armed men attempted to rob the victims of a car accident. Fortunately, one person who was dealing with the accident was a conceal carry permit holder and was able to fend off the robbers. More than 30 shots were fired in the altercation as another violent act took place in Chicago.

    America is at a crucial point in its young history. Something has to give after a crime pandemic has taken over major US cities like Chicago at an alarming rate. Those with the means to save the cities are leaving, often to begin a fresh start in a Red State, and those who are in charge are taking away law enforcement’s power to do anything about the wonton destruction of the once great midwest city.

    Gun violence has been the calling cared of Chicago for a long time. Many are not even willing to visit the downtown areas of the city as it is seen as far too unsafe to wander if you don’t have to.

    The X account titled Defensive Gun Use Tracker offered a write up on exactly what happened and showcased a map of where the event took place. You can see that here.

    Defensive Gun Use Tracker wrote, “Nov. 8, 2023: In Chicago, a crew of armed men tried to rob a concealed carry permit holder as he dealt with the aftermath of a car accident. The permit holder engaged the robbers in a gunfight in which more than 30 rounds were fired.

    “The victim sustained gunshot wounds to both of his legs. The robbers fled but one them – injured by gunfire – later called 911 for help, pretending to have been the victim of an armed robbery himself.”
    This song has been sung so many times in recent months that it’s beginning to feel like a broken record. But, it is worth repeating until the masses finally begin to agree. A good guy with a gun can be the difference between life and death.
    When evil comes knocking, it so often becomes conceal carry permit holders that stand between the bad guy and a large number of innocent people who are likely to fall prey to evil.
    So here, like in so many other instances, the day was saved by a conceal carry permit holder. A brave person who was willing to take steps to be able to actively defend themselves and those around them. Sure, the police will always be here to help. But when it finally hits the fan and you need to dial 911, those minutes you spend waiting could be the most important moments of your life.
    One man or woman, armed and capable of defending themselves, is the greatest blessing that one could have in that situation.
