Chris Pratt is well known as one of the best men in Hollywood. Now, that isn’t a hard label to earn since Hollywood is full of leftists, activists, and week wristed men, but Pratt is the marked exception
Pratt is a Christian, a family man, a conservative, and a true man’s man. He also isn’t afraid to lean on God and his faith, and tell anyone that will listen about his journey of faith. There is a reason Chris Pratt scores hit after hit in an age when Hollywood is struggling to keep its head above water.
In a recent conversation with drew Barrymore, Pratt wasn’t shy in telling the far-left host about God, his faith, and the first time he laid eyes on his wife. Pratt is married to Katherine Schwarzenegger.
If that sounds familiar it is because she is Arnold’s daughter. So how does Pratt, a religious conservative make it work married to a leftist like Arnold’s daughter? He had this to say: “I met Katherine, now it’s been five, maybe six years ago, and God has a fast-forward button. When it’s right — boom,” he told Barrymore. “You get hit. You fall in love. You get married. Now we have two beautiful daughters to add to my family, and it feels really great.”
Katherine Schwarzenegger met Chris in the spring of 2018, and they announced their engagement in January 2019. They were married on June 8, 2019 in Montecito, California. It was a quick romance, but when God puts two people together that are supposed to be together, the timeline is meaningless.
Chris Pratt tells @DrewBarrymoreTV he was “broken and struggling” before meeting wife Katherine Schwarzenegger:
“We met at a church. I was in the front row of church … I was sneaking some glances and wondering, ‘Who is that? Anyway, what am I doing. Come on, I’m broken, help… pic.twitter.com/klSBvv1b1V

Pratt went on to say: “There was a moment in my life that I was really struggling and felt really broken.
“For me, my own journey of finding a higher power and leaning on that and feeling like, ‘Please save me,’ and then feeling saved … and then shortly, later meeting, you know, the woman of my dreams and being like, ‘This is, wow, this feels great.’”
Drew Barrymore went on to talk about how she is looking for someone, but is afraid to put herself out there. Of course, being an avowed leftist Barrymore has essentially cut her prospective dating pool in half. Pratt continued his testimony with some good advice: “It’s all about timing,” the “Jurassic World” actor said. “There’s a perfect plan out there for you, and I think you just gotta have to have faith.
“The minute you have faith, it falls into place.”
Speaking of faith, Pratt should know. He actually met his wife in the most traditional, old fashioned way; in church: “Yeah we did,” Pratt said. “We met at a church.”
“You kind of don’t want to be like, ‘Whoa, who’s that?’ at church,” he said. “But I was kind of sneaking some glances, and I’m wondering, ‘Who is that? Anyway, what am I doing? Come on, I’m broken; help me. But who’s that?’ So we kind of hit it off. We didn’t start dating right away, but we met there and then later on, ended up going out.”
“It made sense,” he said. “It’s like when you’re … doing a puzzle. And there’s a piece, and you’re like, ‘I’m certain that’s the piece.’
“Like it just fits together.”
Everything is fitting together for Chris Pratt. Hit after hit, a real relationship with God, and a happy marriage. Pratt keeps winning, and he keeps spreading messages of his faith and family, and Hollywood is better for it.
