    BREAKING: Sen. Marco Rubio Staffer Attacked While Wearing Rubio T-shirt and DeSantis Hat

    Last night one of Senator Marco Rubio’s staffers was violently attacked while canvassing in Hialeah, Florida.  See the tweet from Marco Rubio below (warning:  the images contain graphic content).

    According to Rubio, the young canvasser was attacked by four “animals” who said republicans weren’t allowed in their neighborhood.

    Apparently, he suffers from internal bleeding, a broken jaw, and will also require facial reconstructive surgery.

    The party of tolerance is at it again, demonstrating that in our supposedly free country you can’t openly express your political beliefs in urban areas without the possibility of violent thugs attacking you.

    This attack even occurred in an area that is alleged to be predominantly republican.

    All of this while Joe Biden is spewing divisive rhetoric that outright states republicans are threats to democracy.

    However, this horrific act of violence drew responses of sympathy from many prominent political figures.

    U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz wrote, “This is horrible.”

    Rep. Anna V. Eskami added, “No matter one’s political party, no one should ever face violence. This sets a scary tone for anyone who is canvassing, too. I hope he recovers quickly and I wish safety to everyone.”

    “The horrendously violent left strikes again. This is awful,” stated Mark Levin.

    Now there were some democrats who came out and condemned this horrific act, demonstrating some semblance of bipartisan agreement that political violence should never be tolerated.

    However, all over the internet the far left is coming out to justify the attack and smear the staffer with unproven claims.

    Miami Against Fascism, which appears to be a local chapter of the far-left violent Antifa organization, tweeted that with “high confidence” they were labeling this young staffer as an individual they deemed a neo-Nazi for his involvement at right wing protests.

    It’s unproven at this point who the staffer is, but their tweet highlights that the militant, political organization is keeping lists of their adversaries.  You wonder on what scale Antifa might be doing this across the country.

    By the looks of it, there are a lot of high profile leftists on Twitter who are buying into this story, voicing skepticism and even insinuating the young man deserved the attack. Although, many conservative commentators are hitting back, calling this for what it is.

    Todd Starnes tweeted, “The blood of that Rubio volunteer is on Joe Biden and the Democrats.  Pray for the young man’s full recovery.  And pray the police hunt down the animals.”

    Conservative podcast host, Liz Wheeler stated, “If this were a democrat beaten by republicans, it would be front page news everywhere.  This is disgusting that MSM outlets are ignoring this outrage.”

    That’s a great point.  So many people are angry with what feels like a double standard in media where left-wing violence is either discussed euphemistically or not covered at all.  Then republicans are vilified and demonized for much less.

    Ultimately, this is a disgusting act of violence manifesting from vast cultural disunity and political polarization.  This is a microcosm of how the country is more divided than ever.
