Fox News is still on top of the cable TV news ratings, blowing the competition out of the water.
Across the key demographic range, 25-54, Fox News’ programming has secured all of the top rankings, leaving leftist news outlets in the dust.
Tucker Carlson sits in first place, garnering 587,000 key demographic viewers in the 9 p.m. time slot. Tucker’s wildly popular show Tucker Carlson Tonight has consistently placed him in the number one spot.
Sean Hannity came in second place, not far behind Carlson with 515,000 demographic viewers. Behind Hannity, there was Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham, and Greg Gutfeld, all scoring high in this category.

This cable dominance is by no means a new trend either, as the conservative news network has been well ahead of the competition for some time now.
Reporting on third quarter 2022 cable news ratings, Forbes said:
“Fox News Channel cruised to victory in third quarter cable news ratings, delivering an average prime time audience of 2.189 million viewers, easily outpacing MSNBC, which was a distant second with 1.277 million viewers and CNN, which was third overall with 717,000 viewers. Among viewers 25-54, the key demographic group valued by advertisers, Fox News was first in prime with 294,000 viewers, followed by CNN (150,000 viewers) and MSNBC (127,000 viewers).”
“The highest-rated show for the third quarter was Fox News Channel’s The Five, which had an average total audience of 3.295 million viewers, and Fox swept the five most-watched shows with The Five followed by Tucker Carlson Tonight (3.153 million viewers), Jesse Watters Primetime (2.726 million viewers), Hannity (2.682 million viewers) and Special Report with Bret Baier (2.341 million viewers).”
This year Fox News also set a monumental record, becoming the number 1 cable news network for the 20th consecutive year among both total day and primetime viewers.
Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said:
“I am immensely proud of this landmark achievement as it is a testament to the dedicated teams across FOX News Channel, who are the backbone in making us number one for 20 consecutive years with the most loyal and politically diverse audience in cable news.”
Whatever they’re doing at Fox News, they need to keep it up. On the contrary, leftist news outlets like CNN are completely failing.
CNN has been dealing with a rating collapse and financial trouble over the past of couple years. The network has had to bring in a new CEO, fire many of its veteran hosts, and purge a massive number of employees to cut costs.
The company is looking to shift toward more centrist, nonpartisan reporting of news.
America is speaking through these cable news ratings. They are tired of woke, fake news that only serves to spout liberal talking points.
Thus, Fox News is dominating the ratings with no sign of slowing down.
