In a recent heartfelt address, First Lady Melania Trump shared her inspiring journey from Slovenia to receiving her citizenship in the US. She recounted how she realized as soon as she stepped into NYC that America was her forever home.

For context, she spoke about what it meant to be an American citizen and stressed the responsibilities: voting, defending freedoms, leading by example, and contributing to society. Concluding her remarks, Melania gave a hopeful vision for American patriots and encouraged them to “be proud of yourselves, stand your ground, and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.”

In any case, the first lady began her remarks by explaining where she grew up. Melania stated, “I was born and raised in the picturesque country of Slovenia, where my parents taught me the importance of a strong work ethic and pursuing my dreams.”

Building on that point, Melania explained how she felt arriving in the States. The First Lady explained, “Upon my arrival [in New York], I immediately knew I wanted to make the United States my permanent home. While challenges were numerous, the rewards were well worth the effort.”

Mrs. Trump spoke to the heart of what it means to America. Melania described how, “Becoming an American citizen comes with responsibilities. It means actively participating in the democratic process and guarding our freedom. It also means leading by example and contributing to our society.”

Describing how the citizenship process changed her for the better, she said, “It is a life-altering experience that takes time, determination, and sometimes even tremendous strength.” Speaking to the exceptional nature of America, the beautiful first lady added, “You are now a part of a nation with a rich history of progress, innovation, and resilience… Be proud of yourselves, stand your ground, and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.”

Concluding her remarks, the first lady gave an inspiring vision of the future. Melania stated, “You are American. Be a beacon of inspiration for your children and those who follow in your footsteps. May your journey continue to be filled with endless possibilities, and may your contributions enrich the fabric of this great nation.”

Social media was utterly won over by heartfelt remarks and sent dozens of supportive comments to the elegant first lady. One such comment read, “Our Beautiful First Lady just beaming with joy as she gives a speech on responsibility of becoming a U.S. Citizen. ❤️🇺🇸🎄”

Unfortunately, not everyone was so gracious, and some liberals, such as infamous Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett (TX), went on an unhinged rant where she attacked Melania. Crockett raved, “Since we’re talking about integrity, I’m confused as to why my Republican colleagues aren’t talking about the lack of integrity when it comes to the President’s family’s visas.”

Not done embarrassing herself, the rude Democrat stated, “Let me remind y’all that Melania the First Lady a model (sic). And when I say model, I’m not talking about Tyra Banks. Cindy Crawford or Naomi Campbell level (sic) applied for and was given an EB-1 visa. And what that stands for is an Einstein visa.”

Concluding her remarks, Crockett continued her attack. She said, “Now y’all that don’t know, let me tell you how you receive an Einstein visa (sic). You’re supposed to have some sort of significant achievement, like being awarded a Nobel Peace Prize or a Pulitzer, being an Olympic medalist, or having other sustained extraordinary abilities and success in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics.” Insulting the first lady further, she claimed, “Last time I checked, the first lady had none of those accolades under her belt. It doesn’t take an Einstein to see that the math ain’t math in here (sic).”
