“Be a Little Meaner”: Gov. Tim Walz Demands Democrat “Bully” MAGA Republicans [WATCH]

In one of his more bizarre speeches so far, Gov. Tim Walz, the Minnesota Democrat who failed to help push Kamala Harris over the victory line in the 2024 election, seemingly called on his fellow Democrats to “bully” MAGA Republicans like President Trump as a form of punishment for the bullying he claims represents the MAGA movement.

Walz’s comments on the matter came when he spoke at a Democratic Party event in Columbia, South Carolina, telling his Palmetto State audience that they need to train themselves to start being “meaner” to and bully those who they think are political “bullies,” using President Trump as a supposed example of that.

Commenting on that at the state-level party convention, Gov. Walz said that Democrats need to “ferociously” push back on Republicans and the Trump Administration, which means they need to be “meaner.” He said, “Maybe it’s time for us to be a little meaner, a little bit more fierce, because we have to ferociously push back on this.”

Continuing, the former schoolteacher gave his take on bullying, claiming that what really hurts teachers is seeing one of their schoolchildren bullied by someone else in the class. He said, on that point, “The thing that bothers a teacher more than anything is to watch a bully.” He added, “And when it’s a child, you talk to them and you tell them why bullying is wrong.”

Then, trying to tie that tot he Trump Administration, the Minnesota governor claimed that Trump is a “cruel” man and that Democrats need to “bully the sh*t” out of people like him. Gov. Walz said, in that part of his ramble, “But when it’s an adult like Donald Trump, you bully the sh*t out of him back … This is a … cruel man.”

Still not done, the far-left Minnesota Democrat went on to allege that President Trump, who was democratically elected by a noticeable majority of the American public, is a “wannabe dictator” who is  an “existential threat” to democracy in America, a patently absurd allegation.

Commenting on that, Gov. Walz said, “Donald Trump is the existential threat that we knew was coming.” He then added that the next few years of the Trump presidency will be a time of challenge for the Democratic Party, sadly saying, “it is going to be a challenging few years here.”

Returning to the matter of bullying and bullies, he once again called on his audience to “push back” on the supposed bully-in-chief, saying, while adding in a random comment about Trump’s supposed “greed,” “We’ve got the guts and we need to have it to push back on the bullies and the greed.”

    Watch him here:

Also chiming in at the event was Maryland Democrat Gov. Wes Moore, who said that Trump is “reckless” and impatient, telling the crowd, “I want to be clear: We can and we must condemn Donald Trump’s reckless actions. But we would also be foolish not to learn from his impatience.”

Continuing, the governor rambled about Trump’s tariffs, saying, “Donald Trump doesn’t need a study to dismantle democracy or use the Constitution like a suggestion box. Donald Trump doesn’t need a white paper to start arbitrary trade wars that raise the cost of virtually everything in our lives.”
