In a shocking betrayal of American sovereignty, Kaohly Vang, who brazenly admitted to being an illegal alien along with her parents due to fraudulent paperwork, was sworn in as St. Paul Mayor. Conservatives erupted in outrage, labeling Minnesota a national security threat riddled with corruption and voter fraud under Gov. Walz.

Many users drew attention to the significant breach of national sovereignty and expressed shock at the lack of consequences. Others called for deportations or denaturalizations in response to this scandal. Many also tagged members of the Trump administration to bring order to this chaotic situation.

Posting the news to social media, a viral post noted, “🚨 BREAKING: Kaohly Vang, who admitted to being an ILLEGAL ALIEN, has just been sworn in as Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota…THIS SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA END THIS.”

In the objectionable clip, Kaohly Vang admitted, “Because his mother had died, my father, as the one processing the paperwork, put my grandmother down as his mother. And so I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country.”

Upset, one conservative took to the comments to express their anger. One comment noted, “What is going on in Minnesota? That whole state is a national security threat.” Answering, the original poster said, ‘I’ve been staying in hotels an hour+ outside of Minneapolis and practically EVERYONE in these places hate Walz and don’t claim Minneapolis as being part of their state. Without mass voter fraud, Walz would not be governor. No chance.”

Echoing this comment, another user reacted, “Time to DEPORT her and her parents! 💯” Responding, the initial user responded, “The fact illegals are publicly bragging about being illegals with NO FEAR that they’ll be arrested is a huge red flag.”

Upset, another conservative stated, “It’s going to take years to correct course on what was happening under our nose while we tuned out on entertainment. Our legal system is not just broken, it is the enemy.” Building on this point, one woman said, “How is this even possible? She just admitted proudly that she has committed the crime of illegal entry along with her family. ICE needs to pay her a visit.”

“What is funny here, is she and her parents are here legally. They came as refugees from laos and they became naturalized citizens. Why she claims to be an illegal is a mystery to me,” another comment said to offer an alternate explanation.

Annoyed, one comment read, “Anything to keep those in power who will keep the grift going! Minnesota is totally corrupt…”  Begging for accountability, a conservative added, “I have been asking for this for weeks, I don’t understand why this criminal is not in custody. @HarmeetKDhillon.”

“Hey @StephenM- we call this low-hanging fruit. Arrest her and show that citizenship still matters. DHS has an easy win to kick-start self-deportations in a big way in 2026,” said another tagging Stephen Miller to bring attention to this case.
