Olivia Dunne, a former LSU gymnast set the internet on fire after revealing that she was teaming up with American icon and actress Sydney Sweeney to promote her brand new Syrn Lingerie brand. Dunne posted a set of photographs for Syrn, a provocative new lingerie line launched by Sweeney in January 2026, featuring the gymnast flicking her hair back while sporting a white top with a sheer accent and white Syrn micro bottoms.
The caption of the post said, “@livvydunee is festival ready in SYRN. Who’s headed to Stagecoach this weekend?” The collaboration between the two sex symbols was shot outdoors beside a hot pink open-top Jeep. Instead of simply teasing the new partnership, Sweeney’s new brand decided for a direct-to-audience hard launch with Dunne featured front-and-center.
The ad focuses almost entirely on Dunne, without the use of other models or extras for support. Syrn has already become a smashing success with reports of the items flying off shelves as soon as they were released. Sweeney, who had her big break as part of the successful HBO series, “Euphoria,” has been focused on building her brand following her controversial ad campaign for American Eagle denim.
According to The Daily Caller, Dunne is currently gearing up to make a return to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and is also preparing to make her acting debut. Dunne has been cast in a recurring role in the new reboot of “Baywatch.” Unlike Sweeney’s “Euphoria” co-star, Zendaya, Dunne seems to have no qualms about working with her, despite the fact she’s a registered Republican. It’s possible that Dunne herself might share some commonality with Sweeney’s values.
The American Tribune previously reported that Zendaya has beef with Sweeney over her political views. In fact, the tension between the two is so high, the pair are now refusing to stand next to each other at events. Zendaya is on the opposite side of the political spectrum from Sweeney, which is hardly surprising given the vast majority of celebrities in Hollywood are anti-Trump.
Not only will the two not stand next to each other at events, they won’t participate together in press events with one another to promote the series they both star in. “It’s no wonder she’s refusing to do it. It’s a difficult position for Zendaya to be in because if she even stands next to Sydney on the red carpet, it can be read as her excusing Sydney’s views on Trump and her refusal to apologize for the racist ad,” source close to the situation said.
The “racist ad” in question is one featuring Sweeney modeling American Eagle jeans, featuring the caption, “Sydney Sweeney has great jeans,” which many on the left have claimed supports eugenics and white supremacy. Both actresses used to be close friends, with Sweeney affectionately referring to Zendaya as “Z.” When Sweeney was asked about the ad in an interview with GQ, she said, “I’m way more aware about things than people think.”

“The ad spoke for itself. I did a jean ad. The reaction was a surprise. When I have an issue I want to speak about, people will hear,” the Christy actress continued. She then spoke about the support for the ad she received from President Donald Trump, calling it “surreal.” Trump, upon finding out Sweeney was a Republican, said, “She’s a registered Republican? Oh, now I love her ad.”
