In a flurry of posts to social media, users slammed woke New York Attorney General Letitia James for abusing “Her prosecutorial power for political gain” and exposed a way Trump could prosecute her for her evil actions.
For context, Letitia James rose to national prominence after she tried to fine Donald Trump nearly $500 million in an obvious case of lawfare. The woke New York Democrat ironically claimed Trump falsified the valuation of his assets while applying for a loan. However, her hypocrisy was exposed when it was discovered that she may have falsified records to obtain better mortgage terms, prompting an FBI investigation.
Such was shown when the Washington Free Beacon took to X on May 29, 2025, to slam the New York Democrat. They wrote, “ROTTEN APPLE: Donald Trump and his allies have long accused New York AG Letitia James of abusing her office. Now, a former high-ranking official in her office is saying the same.”
Continuing their expose, the paper wrote, “Former assistant New York solicitor general Brian Ginsberg warned the Supreme Court in a May 12 filing that James is abusing her prosecutorial powers in an ongoing Title IX case against a western New York school district over four disparate sexual misconduct allegations between its students,” adding, “He took issue with legal maneuverings James used to interfere in the case, given that a state attorney general like James is typically barred from intervening in legal disagreements between individuals or small groups of people.”
Quoting from the relevant document, the Washington Free Beacon reported, “‘The same New York State Attorney General who initiated this action against the School District has been judicially chastised for abusing her power to initiate representative actions to launch ‘predatory lawsuits that seek to impose punishment while searching for a crime.'”
Reacting to the bombastic information, Sam E. Antar, a prominent conservative influencer and forensic accountant, made his own viral post. He said, “🧵BREAKING: Letitia James isn’t just under DOJ investigation for mortgage fraud. Her own former top lawyer—Brian Ginsberg—just told the Supreme Court she abuses her prosecutorial power for political gain.”
Laying out his case, he said, “And that’s only the beginning…Ginsberg, former Assistant Solicitor General under James, accused her of launching “predatory lawsuits” that impose punishment while searching for a crime. He urged SCOTUS to rein in “opportunistic” attorneys general like her. This is her own senior staffer.”
