Former First Lady Melania Trump, regarded by many as one of the classiest women to ever live in the White House, announced her participation in an effort shared by other surviving First Wives. Among them are Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama, which beggars the imagination as to what someone as decent as Melania can discuss when sharing a room with those two egomaniacs.
Doug Emhoff was excluded from this invitation, and it remains to be seen what a Second Gentleman actually does.
Instead, Melania Trump will be joined by Jill Biden, Michelle Obama, Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton, and Rosalynn Carter in an effort to have a monument in honor of the women’s suffrage movement erected.
In a tweet blasted to the internet on Friday, Melania Trump shared that one of her next actions as a former FLOTUS would include helping to secure a permanent reminder of the women’s suffrage movement:
I am honored to join @WomensMonument and serve as an Honorary Chair of the Women’s Suffrage National Monument Foundation to help secure a monument on the National Mall of enduring inspiration for women and future female leaders. https://t.co/x7eOshRho7

Predictability, a sizeable outcry erupted because radical lefitst saw a huge hypocrisy in Melania joining a women’s celebration issue after her husband allegedly trampled on women’s rights during his four years in office. No one ever offers any specifics and it is simply tiresome hearing idiots pretend their rights were rolled back.
Yahoo! News, to its credit, reported that all of this is actually the result of Donald Trump, who got things moving in the first place. Now how do those whiny loudmouths feel?
What some people may not know is that it was Donald Trump who signed the law to get the statue erected in the first place since women from American history are currently not represented on the National Mall — and it’s long overdue. With the assistance of the former first ladies and the current First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, the monument is expected to be unveiled in 2027.
One tweet might have provided the best sentiment to the entire affair:
I think it’s absolutely wonderful that they’re all coming together to honor all the women who fought for equal rights. This is long overdue. We need more women stepping up and showing grace as well as bipartisanship. No division here it’s too important.
At any rate, hopefully Melania points out to Michelle that blacks had the right to vote nearly sixty years before women before politely asking her to shut up about further race nonsense. Now THAT’S a placard I’d like to read about.
If there are going to be museums and statues for every single person and movement in American history at this point, then there might as well be a landmark for women’s suffrage. But does it take six former wives of presidents? Also, what does women’s suffrage mean to people like Ketanji Brown Jackson? It would seem, at best, odd to dedicate a statue to an indefinable idea.
Either way, good for Melania for spending time with Hillary and Michelle. I can barely identify two other people I’d like to spend less time with than those two frauds.
