Harry’s Razors, a razor subscription service, used to advertise on the Daily Wire podcasts. Then, outraged over the usual sort of thing that gets leftists mad, traditional views on gender, they stopped.
But not only did they stop advertising, the CEO of Harry’s Razors accused the Daily Wire of spreading hate, saying: “We created Harry’s to offer better shaving and grooming products for everyone. We believe deeply in free speech but draw the line at hate. We’ll continue to support our customers and community with kindness and compassion.”
Spy.com, the website to which he spoke about the decision, added: “A spokesperson from the brand continued by saying that Harry’s does advertise across various media, including the conservative FOX News; however, the brand does not associate with entities that engage in or endorse ‘hate speech.’”
So, the Daily Wire struck back. Instead of just complaining about Harry’s Razors being woke, the company started its own razor brand called Jeremy’s Razors. Jeremy Boreing, the Daily Wire CEO, announced the new razor brand, saying, “Harry’s and their ilk don’t want you in their world—but I want you in mine. So stop giving your money to corporations that hate you. Give it to me instead.”

Hilariously, that brand has already proven successful and swiped a major chunk of the market from Harry’s, as the Daily Wire gloated in an article, saying:

The success of Jeremy’s Razors is based on the same formula that inspired Boreing to launch a chocolate bar line earlier this month and an array of children’s video content that will be available on Daily Wire+ soon. Jeremy’s Chocolate was inspired by a woke stunt by Hershey’s and sold over half a million candy bars within days. Companies that insist on imposing their woke politics on consumers have not only turned off customers, but they’ve created an opening for alternative products, Boreing said.
Describing why the Daily Wire launched Jeremy’s Razors and why the Daily Wire has chosen to fight the culture war by building alternative products, Boreing said:
“The Left is happy to bifurcate the culture, ripping it in two. They’re convinced there will be no economic consequences for this because you need their products.”
“So, to win, we have to rip the economy in two, We have to give conservatives their own companies and their own products to buy. We have to build market alternatives that, in success, will force the Left to take real losses if they don’t compete directly for our business.”
“As long as corporations and institutions across America continue to alienate half the country, The Daily Wire will continue building alternatives.”
