A video viewed more than 3.5 million times on the first day it was posted to Twitter shows a hero dad covering his young son’s ears while a scantily-clad woman berates what appears to be her boyfriend cheating on her with another woman while attending a recent NBA game.
The unnamed players were all seated in close proximity to catch the hometown Milwaukee Bucks take on the Washington Wizards, neé Bullets, when the video starts up. In it, you can see the father-son duo situated directly behind the questionable couple as the dude gets a profane mouthful from his bra-revealing gal.
The audio is difficult to make out, but a few choice words do make it through, particularly the dreaded four-letter f-word. And no, she wasn’t shouting FICA.
Take a look below as an early contender for Dad of the Year 2023 pulls off both dad duty to protect his child’s innocence and enjoyment of the spectacle for himself with obvious laughter of his own.

There are a lot of unknowns about the video, such as when it was taken – the Wizards flew into town for a game, so it could be from this week. Or it could be an older video just recirculating again because it deserves to.
It is also unknown from the short clip whether or not the angry girl was the guy’s main piece or the side piece. Either way, that’s a tough way to find out you’re not exclusive.
Still, what are the odds the guy would be at the same game as both his girls? It seems like if you’re going to run a hustle like that you’d better make sure to appear in public only after ensuring a separation. If you only go after NBA fans, Milwaukee’s arena is only so big.
At the end of the day, whoever is getting chewed out deserves it one way or the other. It’s a scummy thing to cheat on your partner, and I am all for getting a public smackdown. One wonders whether or not he went from two girls to zero by the end of the evening.
There are plenty of villains to go around, especially the guy but also the woman who apparently didn’t care about her presentation in public – dress, language, or otherwise – and who was not the ideal role model for kids in the area. Anyone with a modicum of self-respect would probably ask themselves if that’s how they wanted to handle the situation. She could have taken a picture of the guy and sent it to him, which would ostensibly say “I know what you’re doing.”
Then let him stew in the uncomfortable unknown as he pondered her next move.
The real hero, obviously though, is the dad. Covering his son’s ears was a based move, even though the pair both knew what was happening. And if you’ve ever had hands over your ears like that, you know it doesn’t stop shrieking decibels from entering. Still, he made the move and demonstrated he cared about filtering the type of content received by his son. He was probably wishing he had more hands to cover his son’s eyes, too.
Perhaps the funniest part is that the dad probably didn’t really care. He certainly didn’t look overly upset. Instead, he can be seen smirking and smiling at the outrageous display of righteous anger. No doubt the father-son team had a good laugh about the episode on the drive home.
The score of the game? The eventual winner? The poster dunk? That’s all forgettable. What they will remember forever is how they had front-row seats to a total metldown.
The kid will probably think twice about cheating too.
