Are leftists the absolute worst? Yes, yes they are. That’s an obvious fact to anyone that’s ever had to deal with them. It may seem so obvious that seeing it as a question seems weird.
But, in these times of “scientism”, many Americans aren’t content with common sense and basic intuition, so they demand to see a study or some other such scientific proof of a thing that can replace their judgment and common sense.
Well, if you know someone like that but still think they’re worth it enough for you to show them a study and prove that lefties are the absolute worst, now you have such a study.
Obviously annoyed with leftists, one woman used “shopping cart theory” to prove just how terrible they are. Watch below:

Now, what exactly happened there?
Well, in case you don’t remember the dumb trends going around the internet in 2021, shopping cart theory is the idea that whether one returns a shopping cart to the spot for them or just leaving it around can determine their moral character, with Upworthy reporting that:
The viral “shopping cart theory” proposes that an individual’s moral character can be determined by whether they choose to return a shopping cart to its designated spot after use or whether they simply leave it wherever it suits them.
“The shopping cart is the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing, the post states. To return the shopping cart is an easy, convenient task and one which we all recognize as the correct, appropriate thing to do. To return the shopping cart is objectively right. There are no situations other than dire emergencies in which a person is not able to return their cart.
“Simultaneously, it is not illegal to abandon your shopping cart. Therefore the shopping cart presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being forced to do it.”
So that’s the background to the video. What happened in it the video? The woman returns the shopping cart to its designated spot and the video is captioned with “tell me you’re a republican without telling me you’re a republican.”
Louder with Crowder, an awesome site, joking about why the shopping cart theory is the perfect analogy for the political fight, notes that:
Republicans give to charity because it’s the right thing to do. Democrats need the government to take their taxes and give them to the “less fortunate” on their behalf. Democrats are also the ones who want the government to raise taxes to “help” the public, yet never seem to volunteer the money on their own.
Republicans can take care of our most vulnerable amid certain viruses while still living their lives and supporting their families. Democrats are in meltdown mode over “a recent government agency decision” because without the government forcing regulations on people, they can’t deal. They are also the type of people who will tell you to put the cart back knowing they don’t do it themselves.
