Former Vice President Kamala Harris, who got trounced in the 2024 presidential election by President Donald Trump, is once again making the rounds on social media thanks to a viral video clip featuring one of her signature word salad speeches that has the whole internet speculating on how much she may have had to drink as she spoke before a WNBA game.
Harris started off her rambling by telling the female professional basketball players who were forced to sit and listen to her talk that they are having an “incredible impact” on the world, despite the ratings and attendance of the pro-women’s league continuing to remain abysmally low. “You are having an incredible impact. I travel our country. Young girls, boys, people of every gender, background, race watch the ‘W’ and understand how inspiring it is,” Harris began.
The failed Democratic presidential nominee then encouraged the women to keep moving forward in their professional sports careers because of the deep impact they are having on others, which is just repeating her previous statement, but with somewhat different words.” So keep doing what you’re doing,” she added.
“You guys are impacting people who you may never meet, people who may never know your names or mine, but they are aware of what you are doing, and it is giving them a sense of their value and their dignity and what they have the right to expect from this world,” Harris said. “So congratulations on this game, but congratulations as much as anything else the path you guys are trying. It is extraordinary to watch. That’s it.”
Social media users on X wasted absolutely no time in roasting Harris over the ramble. “Holy ‘Word-Salad’ on Toast … Kamala Harris looks and sounds drunk as she’s giving a speech before the WNBA. I’m sick of Democrats always using the ‘woman’ word … When they refuse to identify what a woman is & let mentally ill men take our places!” user C-Reason wrote, sharing a clip of the speech.
“Oh please….The ONLY reason people started watching ‘The W’ again is because of Clark, and the black W’s uncivilized behaviors towards Clark. It’s like being fascinated by a train wreck,” a user said in response to the video. “Harris has a tell. When she moves her hands around in a crazy way, it foreshadows the stupidity that follows,” Susanne Leist commented.
Another user slammed Harris for her lack of mastery over the English language, saying, “And to think that a person with no command of the English language was thought by some to be capable of being Commander in Chief. It is absolutely mind boggling. Getting a motivational speech from Kamala is like getting a pep talk about proper nutrition from Michael Moore,” the person wrote.

“Just realize, Kamalalala is now the new moderate Democrat. Just that will get her majorities in 2028. If it didn’t matter that Platner was a Nazi, it won’t matter that she dishes out drunken salad all day long,” Red Dawn Warning commented on the post. “How many wine boxes in is she?” Jessica Carderara zinged in her reply.
