“A Coward Like the Rest”: GOP Congressman Gets Called out for Doing Nothing But Write “Strongly Worded Letters” as Battle Over the Judiciary Rages

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is getting shredded by conservatives on social media for a lack of action being taken by him and a number of other Republicans in Congress who have the power to launch impeachment proceedings against rogue left-wing activist judges who have blocked President Donald Trump’s America First Agenda, but have thus far, done nothing of significance.

A good example of this comes from a federal judge who ruled on May 1, 2026, the Trump administration could not force 3,000 Yemeni refugees to leave the United States, saying that the temporary protected status they have been granted on numerous occasions and were due to expire should once again be extended.

Judge Dale E. Ho from Manhattan provided an extension for the refugees’ status as a lawsuit looking to preserve their protections continues to play out. During President Trump’s operation to crackdown on illegal immigration, temporary protected status has been terminated for folks hailing from nine different countries, including Haiti, Venezuela, and Ethiopia.

According to The Guardian, those who qualify for temporary protected status are eligible to stay in the country, may not be removed from the country, and can receive authorization to work and travel throughout the United States. What’s angering conservatives is that liberal judges continue to throw roadblocks in the way of the Trump administration that is seeking to reduce the number of illegal aliens in the country, leading to a decrease in crime and lessening the burden on the welfare system.

“Rep. Jim Jordan has the power to launch impeachment proceedings against these rogue activist judges blocking Trump’s agenda… but he’s doing NOTHING. All talk, no action. Jim Jordan — the American people elected fighters, not spectators. Time to grow a spine and hold these judges accountable NOW. MAGA is watching. What’s your excuse?” Right Scope, a popular conservative account wrote on X.

Another user also expressed their disappointment with Jordan and many of his colleagues for not getting the ball rolling and doing something to bring activist judges back in line. “I thought he was going to be a fighter,” the individual wrote in response to Right Scope’s post. “But I realized years ago, he was a coward like the rest. Too bad his constituents didn’t.”

Deborah, another conservative user, tore deeply into Jordan and company, going on to write, “You guys have no balls! Spineless & Weak! How many f***ing Committee hearings does it take for a republican to do anything? Apparently too many to count! ROGUE JUDGES! LAWS! LEGISLATION! We elected you morons for what? Nada! Zilch! Nothing!”

DrumDink replied, “They are all talk! If corrupt politicians are not thrown in jail and U.S. citizens do not receive a huge refund over the rampant fraud going on in our country, I will consider President Trump’s 2nd term mostly a FAILURE! 3X Trump voter!” User PWS said, “Also note, this still does not mean that Jim Jordan is also just a RINO…..and with the state of the swamp……he most likely needs to be replaced as well……just good policy under the circumstances of the swamp. Total cleanse of the house, more turn over with shorter terms.”
