MAGA Goes Nuclear on Amnesty-Backing RINOs as New Treachery Gets Revealed

Things are not going well for either U.S. Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL) or her colleague Rep. Mike Lawler (D-NY), as both are being utterly raked over the coals for what many in MAGA allege is a furtive attempt to foist amnesty on the country through the back door, which would cause huge problems for America and make Republicans essentially unelectable.

For reference, the bill at issue is the “DIGNIDAD Act,” a de factor amnesty bill. The bill is also called the Dignity Act. Either way, it is numbered H.R. 4393. Under the bill, legal residence status would be provided to all individuals who entered the United States illegally prior to the beginning of President Joe Biden’s term in 2021. Those illegal aliens would be required to submit to background checks to show they are not criminals, and pay fines for the years they stayed in the United States illegally, at which point they would receive legal status.

And, while the bill’s sponsors, such as Reps. Salazar and Lawler, now claim that it is not an amnesty bill, that is not what they have claimed in the past. Rep. Salazar, for instance, was known for saying in the past that it was a pathway to citizenship. Further, it would accelerate green card handouts, provide pathways to citizenship for foreign students, and provide outright amnesty for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients, meaning that upwards of 11 million people total would have a pathway to citizenship under the bill.

Naturally, MAGA has been utterly furious that such a bill is even being considered. Leading the charge on that was Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX), who, in response to a post from Salazar claiming that the bill is not an amnesty bill, fired back, “Maria, your ‘DIGNIDAD Act’ would give legal status to over 10 million illegal aliens. It’s rank amnesty and everybody knows it. I want dignity for Americans – the people whose interests we represent – not illegal aliens. That means doing what we said we’d do: mass deportations.”

Rep. Gill then added, in another post on the subject in which he utterly raked Salazar over the coals, “The ‘DIGNIDAD’ amnesty bill is two massive middle fingers to the voters who gave President Trump a popular vote victory and handed Republicans a trifecta, all on a platform of mass deportations.”

Agreeing with him, a commenter on that post argued, “If these traitors would put as much effort in passing the SAVE AMERICA ACY as they do trying to appease illegal immigrants, we would all be better off. But they continue to try to push and support illegal immigrant policies down the throat of Americans. It’s disgusting.”

Also chiming in was Brianna Lyman, who went nuclear on Rep. Mike Lawler in a post of her own. After his time tried echoing Salazar and insisting that this is not an amnesty bill, Lyman said, “Mike Lawler’s team is in desperate clean-up mode. Lawler wants mass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens because he does not believe in enforcing the law. Oh, and ‘paying a fine’? Well gee!! I’m so glad Lawler thinks America is merely an economic opportunity zone that can be bought!”
