As President Donald Trump’s deployment of ICE agents to airports all over the United States continues to be praised by the vast majority of air travelers, there are still a few who aren’t pleased with the decision. Many of the positive effects of having these agents assisting Transportation Safety Administration workers have been well documented.
For example, congested security checkpoint lines, some with wait times stretching into three and four hours, have been cleared out and wait times have drifted slowly back down to an acceptable rate. But it seems the administration’s efforts to fix the problems caused by Democrats blocking funding to the TSA and Department of Homeland Security in general aren’t enough to satisfy everyone.
A viral video clip has been making the rounds on social media showing a left-wing activist attempting to put ICE agents at an airport in their place, only to have them laugh in his face. During the encounter, a protester pulls out his phone and begins recording a group of officers as they make their way across the airport, referring to them as the “foot soldiers for a fascist regime.”
The ICE agents immediately begin laughing at what they clearly perceive as the ridiculousness of such a statement, according to a report from OutKick. Writer Austin Perry stated in the article, “I bet he practiced his tough guy act in the mirror all morning before his flight like Artie Bucco did before he went to intimidate Jean Phillipe into giving his money back.”
Perry then pointed out the response from the agent in the back of the group, noting, “I wish more of them would break character by laughing in these performative idiots’ faces. Put the phone down, tough guy, or you’re going to be late for your flight to Los Angeles to have mimosas with the rest of your estrogenic homies.”

Folks on social media platform Facebook shared their colorful reactions to the video and held nothing back. One user said, “Yeah it’s funny. They’re just not going to dignify it with a response.” Another pointed out the hilarity of the leftist activist using a term like “fascist” without likely knowing what it means. “It’s funny that he doesn’t know the definition of the word he’s using,” the individual replied.
A third user pointed out another humorous aspect of the video is how the protester is talking about living in a “fascist” regime, meanwhile they have the freedom to walk around and record so-called “soldiers” and talk to them about that regime. “It is hilarious though. Imagine thinking you live in a ‘fascist regime’ but you can walk around and record and talk like that to the ‘soldiers’ of said regime.”
A commenter also took a shot at the camera man saying that he was likely not one of the popular, well-liked kids during his high school years, writing, “Is it safe to say the camera guy probably had a rough time in high school?” Someone else heaped praise on the officers and others who serve with ICE, stating that “Every single one is a hero!”
