Angelina Jolie Says She’s Soon Going to Flee Trump’s America for Foreign Country

According to a new report from the Hollywood press, woke actress Angelina Jolie is apparently planning on fleeing from President Trump’s America because it conflicts so strongly with her leftist beliefs. She is apparently planning on waiting until her twins, Vivienne and Knox, reach the legal age of adulthood before she leaves.

As background, Jolie is just one of many celebrities who has been performatively anti-Trump and used her platform to attack the president and claim he is the worst thing ever. Woke actress Rosie O’Donnell, for example, made a show out of leaving America for Ireland in 2025, and Ellen DeGeneres left as well, ditching America for an English mansion.

Now Jolie is aiming to leave as well. Reporting on the matter, People reported that she “never wanted to live in L.A. full-time,” but “She didn’t have a choice because of the custody arrangement with Brad.” So, she has to wait until all the kids are 18, and the twins, the two youngest of her six children, will turn 18 on July 12.

It is unclear, however, where she will be going, as the insider who spoke to People about her plans said that she just wants to get out of LA and has a couple locations abroad in mind. “She’s eyeing several locations abroad,” that insider explained, adding, “She’ll be very happy when she’s able to leave Los Angeles.”

Jolie, for her part, spoke about her plans to leave while attending the San Sebastián Film Festival in Spain in September, as Variety reported. During that panel discussion event, the actress said that she doesn’t “recognize” Trump’s America, saying, “I love my country, but at this time, I don’t recognize my country.”

Continuing, she commented on her cosmopolitan, globalist worldview, saying, “I’ve always lived internationally, my family is international, my friends, my life… My worldview is equal, united, and international. Anything anywhere that divides or limits personal expressions and freedoms from anyone, I think, is very dangerous.”

Then, getting very pearl-clutchy about the state of things in America and the world under President Donald Trump, the actress said, “These are such serious times that we have to be careful not to say things casually. These are very, very heavy times we are living in together.”

The actress also spoke about the matter in 2024 during an interview with the Hollywood Reporter and said, essentially, that she’s ready to leave America in the name of “humanity”. “When you have a big family, you want them to have privacy, peace, safety,” she told the outlet. She added, “I have a house now to raise my children, but sometimes this place can be… that humanity that I found across the world is not what I grew up with here.”

Then, giving a clue as to where she may be headed, the actress said that she is thinking about going to Cambodia, as she has liked it there, saying, “I’ll spend a lot of time in Cambodia. I’ll spend time visiting my family members wherever they may be in the world.”

Explaining the Cambodia connection in an interview with Vogue India, the actress said, “Cambodia was the country that made me aware of refugees.” She further explained, “It made me engage in foreign affairs in a way I never had, and join UNHCR. Above all, it made me a mom.”

Revealing that, and how her time in Cambodia encouraged her to adopt, she said, “In 2001, I was in a school program in Samlout playing blocks on the floor with a little kid and as clear as day I thought: ‘My son is here.’ A few months later, I met baby Mad at an orphanage. I can’t explain it and am not one to believe in messages or superstition. But it was just real and clear.”
