In a dramatic clip posted to social media, Stephen Miller, a key Trump administration official, celebrated an alleged agreement where Minnesota jails and prisons will no longer follow what he called an “unlawful edict” by Attorney General Keith Ellison to conceal criminal illegal aliens from ICE.
Miller announced that these jails will comply with federal law by handing over such individuals. The presidential advisor credited President Trump, ICE, and Border Patrol for removing thousands of violent criminals from the state, making communities safer and contributing to record-low murder rates and sharp drops in violent crime.
Laying out the situtaion, Stephen Miller explained, “The corrupt Attorney General, Keith Ellison in Minnesota, issued an edict requiring, unlawfully, requiring all jails and prisons in the state to shield harbor and conceal criminal and legal aliens from ice and so with this agreement, those jails and those prisons are no longer going to obey the unlawful edict issued by Keith Ellison.”
Still not done, he added, “Instead, they’re going to follow federal law, the supreme law of the land, and hand over those criminally illegal aliens. Let’s just take a moment to celebrate the fact that, because of President Trump, because of ICE, because of border patrol, 1000s of pedophiles, rapists, gang bangers, killers, murderers, the true most violent people on the planet have been removed from the state of Minnesota.”
“Kids are safer, families are safer, communities are safer. There is a reason why murder in this country is the lowest rate on record. There is a reason why we have seen the largest ever reduction in violent crime,” the courageous Trump official noted.
Wrapping up his comments, Miller added, “It’s because President Trump has unleashed federal law enforcement, including ICE, including Border Patrol, to find, identify, remove, or incarcerate the drivers of violent crime in this country. And now 1000s of lives are being saved as a result.”

Reacting to the clip, users expressed their anger at the sanctuary state. “California has 33,000 in their jails right now that they refuse to turn over. They want the taxpayers of California to feed them when the federal government is willing to remove them from the country to save taxpayers money,” one response noted.
“That agreement he spilled about? It’s a masterstroke gutting Keith Ellison’s illegal block on ICE, forcing those jails to ditch the left’s criminal-coddling playbook and finally enforce federal law by handing over violent illegal thugs who’ve been terrorizing communities,” another added.
Encouraging ICE, one conservative stated, “Please come to MA. Our money is being paid for teachers to indoctrinate our children and make them into America hating revolutionary communists. Please, we need ICE in MA cities and towns, badly! Thank you! Grateful MA American citizens.”
