White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt sounded off with a vengeance on the radical leftists in Hollywood who have used their major national influence to, such as at the recent Grammy Awards, push anti-ICE, anti-Border Patrol messaging that is extremely hypocritical given how they live behind major walls.
As background, the Grammys occurred on the night of February 1, and during it, a bevy of the woke celebrities known mainly for being vapid and of poor morals, pushed anti-ICE messaging and attacked the Trump Administration for its efforts to defend the American border and deport those who are here illegally.
For example, far-left Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny, who will be the Super Bowl halftime performer this year, said, “Before I say thanks to God, I’m going to say ICE out. … The only thing that’s more powerful than hate is love. So please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love. We don’t hate them. We love our people. We love our family and there’s a way to do it, with love, and don’t forget that.”
He added, during his ridiculous little speech, that ICE was treating invaders like “animals”, bizarrely referring to illegal aliens as “us” despite himself not being an illegal alien. He said, “We’re not savage, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens. We are humans and we are Americans.”
Karoline Leavitt spoke to the media outside the White House and commented on what he said, noting that he was such a hypocrite given the security behind which he lives. She began, “I think it’s very ironic and frankly sad to see celebrities who live in gated communities with private security, with millions of dollars to spend protecting themselves, trying to just demonize again, law enforcement, public servants who work for the United States government to enforce our nation’s laws.”
Continuing, Leavitt sounded off on the woke sorts who have pushed such absurd language, noting that they didn’t seem to care when America was being flooded by invaders during the Biden years, despite the cost to Americans of that massive migration across the border happening. She said, “And you didn’t hear this same type of uproar from celebrities in Hollywood when the previous administration allowed an invasion of our nation’s borders.”
Further, she commented on the immense costs of such massive rates of illegal immigration, which of course the celebrities who claim to care about human misery didn’t say a thing about. Hammering them for that hypocrisy, she said that they didn’t say a word as the Biden Administration’s migration policies “allowed innocent women and girls like Jocelyn Nungaray and Lake and Riley to be killed and r*ped and murdered at the hands of people who should have never been in our country in the first place.”

She added, “Now you have law enforcement who are simply trying to do their jobs to remove violent predators like those who took the lives of innocent Americans.” She then said, “There was no uproar from Hollywood and the elitist crowd at the Grammys then, but there is now, and I think that speaks to the unfortunate irony that we’re seeing in Hollywood.”
