Sounding off on the infamous “Squad” Congresswoman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) in a fiery post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump accused the infamously woke member of Congress of being a “scammer” and said that she and many of the other Somali migrants in Minnesota should be jailed or deported.
As background, President Trump has continually highlighted the immense amounts of fraud that occurred in Minnesota, with fraud gangs composed primarily of Somali migrants stealing from programs funded by federal and state taxpayers, and are being exposed by federal investigators and citizen journalists, and has repeatedly used the massive fraud matter to go after Rep. Ilhan Omar, a longtime nemesis of his.
Such is what he did yet again on January 31, commenting on everything from the massive scope of the fraud to Gov. Walz and Ilhan Omar. Beginning by blaming Biden for letting the scandal metastasize, the president said, “The Theft and Fraud in Minnesota is far greater than the 19 Billion Dollars originally projected. The Biden Administration knew this FRAUD was happening, and did absolutely nothing about it.”
Continuing, he got to his line about Ilhan Omar needing to be locked up, suggesting that she is a “scammer” who is tied to the scandal generally and that she needs to be either deported or jailed, along with the rest of the corrupt Somali migrants in the state. He said, “’Scammer’ Illhan Omar and her absolutely terrible friends from Somalia should all be in jail right now or, far worse, send them back to Somalia.”
Concluding, he hammered Gov. Tim Walz and called him corrupt, adding as he did so that the fraud is so obvious that anyone should have been easily able to discern and stop it years ago. He said, “‘Governor’ Waltz is either the most CORRUPT government official in history, or the most INCOMPETENT. Even a very low IQ person, of which there are many, should have known what was going on in Minnesota!!! President DJT”
In another post from a few days before, the president said, “It is actually possible that the total amount of money stolen, over the years, by Corrupt Politicians and Fraudsters, from Minnesota, will exceed $100 Billion Dollars. In any event, whether it is or isn’t, the Theft, Incompetence, and Fraud is MASSIVE! Sadly, whatever numbers we find, California, and other Democrat run States, WILL BE WORSE. Stay tuned!”
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has echoed President Trump’s accusations, both repeating the accusations about Ilhan Omar and vowing that accountability is coming and the fraudsters are being tracked down and detained. Doing so in a press conference, she said, “Billions and billions of dollars has been stolen from law-abiding taxpayers in Minnesota, and the administration continues to be very focused on getting to the bottom of it, especially.”

Then, getting in a jab at far-left “Squad” Rep. Ilhan Omar, Leavitt noted, “And the President raised a good question over the weekend, with respect to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who now has a net worth within the millions, and one must ask themselves, why and how is that possible?”
Suggesting that Omar might even be connected to the Somali fraud rings in Minnesota, given the dramatic rise in her wealth, Leavitt then added, “Is she connected to the fraud rings that we have seen taking place within her state and her own district? It’s a question the American people are raising, and the President believes it’s one worth answering.”
