In yet another win delivered for President Donald Trump by the Supreme Court of the United States, a majority of the justices have ruled that the president may use his wartime powers as Commander in Chief under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal alien gang members in massive, sweeping deportations.
This latest SCOTUS ruling, a 5-4 decision, is a major victory for the president that should significantly ease the path toward effecting massive deportations of the sort his MAGA base has been clamoring for, seeing such sweeping moves as the only path toward saving America from the invasion that occurred during and before the Biden years.
Announcing the key, vindicating SCOTUS decision on Fox News Channel was network host Jesse Watters, who said, “Now we have a Fox News alert. The Supreme Court just cleared the way for Trump to deport illegals even faster. The High Court ruled that Trump can use the Alien Enemies Act to send Venezuelan gang bangers to a mega prison in El Salvador.”
Continuing, Watters noted that the ruling was a major victory over Judge Boasberg, a continual thorn in the president’s side, saying, “This is a huge ruling in Trump’s favor and a major win for the country, after, as you know, DC Judge James Boasberg ordered a stop to the deportations. So this is pretty significant, these deportations, Karoline can keep going.”
Explaining the magnitude of the victory, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt jumped in and said, “This is a massive legal victory Jesse, a massive victory for law and order and for our Constitutional Republic and the sovereignty of the United States of America.”
She noted that this ruling was important not just becuase of what it allows, but becuase it is a major blow to rogue judges like Judge Boasberg, saying, “We called on the Supreme Court to rein in these activist judges like Judge Boasberg, who was completely out of line in trying to say that the President didn’t have the executive authority to deport foreign terrorists off of our soil.”
Leavitt then further noted that the White House has been correct about this, and Boasberg wrong, since the beginning, saying, “We have always maintained the position at the White House that the President was well within his constitutional authority to do so, and this decision proves that President Trump and our administration have always been right from the beginning.”

She then vowed that mass deportations will continue, saying, “He will continue to utilize the Alien Enemies Act to remove foreign terrorists and Tren de Aragua members, vicious gang members, from American communities. And because of this ruling, the United States of America is a much safer place. Our team will get to work tomorrow to deport these heinous, violent foreign terrorists from our neighborhoods.”
