WATCH: Clueless Leftist Protesters in Minnesota Try to Heckle and Harass JD Vance Outside His Hotel, But He Had Already Left It

Leftist protesters in Minneapolis, Minnesota got a rude awakening when they attempted to annoy Vice President JD Vance during a recent visit to the Democrat-run city, finding themselves the butt of jokes and well -deserved mockery, as they tried to heckle and protest the Vice President outside a hotel which he had already left.

The entertainment began when VP Vance shared a video on his social media account showing demonstrators making a ruckus outside of a hotel. Conservative X poster Johnny Maga then noted what was going on, poking fun at the leftists for making a ruckus in the freezing weather to no end, as Vance had already left.

He began, “LMAO. Libs in Minneapolis are currently standing outside a hotel in -15 degree weather banging pots and playing instruments to keep JD Vance from sleeping inside his hotel.” He continued, “Little do they know, JD Vance landed back in D.C. 5 hours ago.”

The video showed the protesters wrapped up in layers to stand outside the hotel and apparently protest against the vice president, who wasn’t even there. “They’re all on bluesky too so they won’t figure it out until a few days from now,” conservative activist Robby Starbuck stated in a reply to Vance, who shared the video without a caption, only featuring the laughing face emoji.

Another individual said, “Do you think they’re still out there?” A different commenter made a reference to the ongoing fraud case concerning the state’s Somali community, various daycares, and several health groups. “All proud graduates of the Quality Learing Center. A true staple of the community,” the person said. The protest, featuring liberals banging away on pots, was in regard to Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations, in which a slew of agents on the ground are arresting criminal illegal aliens.

According to a report from Breitbart News, Vance gave a speech in Minneapolis, referring to much of what the mainstream media is reporting about ICE operations as lies, with many of the agents working for ICE attending the talk. “One of the things I learned is that the guys behind me are doing an incredible job, and frankly, a lot of the media is lying about the job that they do every single day,” Vance said.

“Now it doesn’t mean that there aren’t occasionally stories out there, there aren’t occasionally videos out there that suggest that these guys, or at least some of the people who work for them are not doing everything right, but very often, if you look at the context of what’s going on, you understand that these people are under an incredible amount of duress, an incredible amount of chaos, and because of a few very far left agitators, a lot of these guys are unable to do their jobs without being harassed, without being doxxed, and sometimes without being assaulted, that’s totally unacceptable,” the vice president continued.

A few weeks prior to the speech, Vance posted on social media concerning the shooting death of a female protester who allegedly used her vehicle to try and hit an ICE officer. In the post, Vance wrote, “I want every ICE officer to know that their president, vice president, and the entire administration stands behind them.” The vice president concluded the post by saying, “To the radicals assaulting them, doxxing them, and threatening them: congratulations, we’re going to work even harder to enforce the law.”
