LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), the Democrat who was arrested after assaulting DHS agents at a detention facility in New Jersey, fiercely criticized DHS Secretary Kristi Noem over ICE operations, amid backlash from the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis after she struck an agent with her car. In any case, McIver cynically accused ICE of creating “state-sponsored fear,” ripping apart families, and brutality in custody, claiming Noem prematurely labeled Good a “domestic terrorist.”

Referring to the recent fatal shooting of an anti-ICE activist, the politician kept twisting the truth, saying, “An ICE agent who reports to Kristi Noem shot and killed an American citizen in the street last week. Then, without a single one of the facts, Kristi Noem called Renee Nicole Good, the woman who ICE killed in her car, a domestic terrorist, before she even knew her name.”
