Purple State Democratic Senator Caught by FCC in Alleged “Money Laundering into Political Campaigns” Scheme

Independent journalist Peter Bernegger filed an FEC complaint against Senator Raphael Warnock and treasurer Christopher Koob for alleged “smurfing,” a form of structured money laundering involving small donations totaling $62,111,521.

For context, the conservative cited several bizarre patterns in the data, with 4,793 rare surnames repeating 2-3 times, which is statistically impossible for organic donations compared to U.S. Census data. Warnock’s committees accepted 969,936 smurfed transactions ($57M+) and 2,182 additional ($4.7M+), comprising a significant share of their funds. Bernegger accuses ActBlue of identity theft and plans to sue.

Starting off his commentary, Bernegger announced his complaint. “FEC complaint sent in today against US Senator Raphael Warnock and his Treasurer Christopher Koob. For Smurfing $62,111,521. In addition to Smurfing, they are using synthetic name clustering,” he began.

Continuing to dig into the details, he added, “Core findings 1. Massive rare-surname clustering (primary committee) in Warnock for Georgia (C00736876) showing: -4,793 surnames appearing exactly 2–3 times -Each paired with: different first names, different locations.”

Explaining the issue, the journalist stated, “This is statistically incompatible with organic donor behavior; and in comparison to the names on the US Census. It would be like getting hit by lightning 3 times in your life. Examples (non-cherry-picked): FARIS, IVES, OUGHTERSON…”

Lying out a complicated web of corruption, Bernegger kept going. “These are not common surnames, yet they repeat in the exact frequency band that synthetic generators produce. Smurfing is structured money laundering into political campaigns. Warnock and Koob are stealing the identities of elderly senior citizens to carry out their scheme,” he declared.

Still not done, the courageous conservative kept digging. He said, “Warnock of Georgia is in the top five nationally for Smurfing – it may be only Biden has a higher Smurfing number. Warnock is one of those fake Reverends….just itching to take your money. Well, he did: from the US Treasury.”

Bringing complex data to support his accusations, the post noted, “With such a large amount, you’ll find chunks of the $62,111,521 working its way into other Democrat campaigns. With @ActBlue already under FBI investigation (confirmed again by@FBIDirectorKash this week), Warnock is one of ActBlue’s biggest ‘customers.'”

Additionally, the tweet read, “Political Committee C00740597, WARNOCK VICTORY FUND has accepted 2,182 Smurfed donor transactions totaling $4,765,883 from 1,388 unique Smurfing donors. That these transactions encompass 23.8% of the 9,156 available committee transactions and also being 27.2% of the $17,549,562 full committee transaction valuation.”

Bringing the explosive allegations to a close, he claimed, “Political Committee C00736876, WARNOCK FOR GEORGIA has accepted 969,936 Smurfed donor transactions totaling $57,345,638 from 65,074 unique Smurfing donors.”

Concluding his comments, he vowed to keep fighting. “That these transactions encompass 64.9% of the 1,494,773 available committee transactions and also being 35.3% of the $162,521,122 full committee transaction valuation. After the @FEC doesn’t do anything, then I’ll file suit,” he promised.

In the comments under this tweet, conservatives were enraged. “This is so frustrating. W/O facts & data to support it,I believe there must b a surge in hiring DOJ attorneys & Treasury/FBI/etc. investigators. There is so much illegal activity going on in the Dem party, I believe there are not enough personnel in to bring it down,” one comment added.
