WATCH: Tom Homan Explains the Trump Administration’s Huge Deportation Success Already, Notes How Things Are about To Ramp Up Dramatically

President Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, recently gave an update about how successful the administration’s huge deportation operation has been during a talk in the great state of Texas. He also revealed that while there have been great results thus far, things are about to get turned up to 11.

Homan, along with Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott and four other governors, was in Eagle Pass where they served Thanksgiving meals to troopers from the Department of Public Safety and National Guard soldiers. During the meal, Abbott heaped praise on the men and women they served, stating that their work helped to make the border the United States shares with Mexico a much safer place.

Paul Perez, President of the National Border Patrol Council, which is the union that represents 18,000 Border Patrol agents, said, “This is the most secure border that we’ve ever seen in our entire history.” All of this despite the best efforts of the radical left to undermine the work being done by the administration, seemingly preferring to help illegal immigrants over their fellow citizens.

During the brief chats with troopers and National Guard soldiers, Homan took the stage and explained the success of the current deportation efforts of the Trump administration. He said the country has “625-650,000 deportations by the men and women of Border Patrol and ICE. That’s a record.”

He then noted that this new figure obliterates the previous record by several hundred thousand, which is absolutely mind-blowing. He then said, “And we’re just getting started. We’re bringing 10,000 more agents on. If you think the numbers look good this year, wait until next year. You ain’t seen s**t yet. Next year’s going to be amazing.”

During the event, Gov. Abbott revealed that thanks to the hard work of the men and women assigned to Operation Lone Star, illegal border crossings have decreased by a staggering 92%. “Thank you, each and every one of you, for everything you’ve done,” Abbott told the troopers and soldiers in attendance.

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, also a Republican, thanked those involved in Operation Lone Star for cracking down on fentanyl, which criminal illegals working for cartels smuggle into the country, crediting them with saving the lives of residents in his home state.

“Three years ago, Virginia was losing five people a day to fentanyl. Today it’s two. It should be zero,” the governor stated. “That’s because of all of you stopping the flow of fentanyl into America.” Governors from the states of Missouri, Tennessee, and Nebraska were also in attendance, according to KSAT.

Folks on social media were quick to celebrate the good news with one user on X saying, “This is what strong leadership looks like. We need more of this action and less talk. America First all the way.” Another slammed liberal demonstrators writing, “If we didn’t have the idiot protesters putting agents in harms way, their jobs would be much easier.”

A third user called for the previous administration to be held accountable for the mess that was made saying, “There needs to be accountability for the ones that facilitated/allowed the invasion to take place. They are traitors to the United States.”
