Infamous woke activist NY AG Letitia James is facing a massive prison sentence for falsifying 2020 Virginia mortgage docs to claim a primary residence tax break worth over $19,000. According to Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani, she may have allowed a family member, niece Nakia Thompson, to stay there rent-free while she was fleeing from assault and larceny charges.
Additionally, she recently appeared in support of New York Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, where she alleged her prosecution was “politically motivated” by Trump’s DOJ. Repeating tired woke talking points, she decried the threats to democracy, saying, “We are witnessing the fraying of our democracy.”
In any case, former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani spoke to the NY Post, where he explained the possible problems for her defense. “It’ll be up to the judge in the case to decide whether to allow Thompson’s criminal history to be used to impeach her,” he speculated.
Reacting to this situation, Letitia James issued a desperate statement. She claimed, “In reality, the power of attorney was never used to determine my eligibility for a mortgage for my niece for a home in the state of Virginia.” Further justifying the bizarre situation, James alleged, “My niece has children, and because I’m a good aunt, I wanted her to have a home.”
Nikia Monique Thompson, who stayed at James’ controversial property, made a post on social media which linked her to her aunt. “Been working with Ms James for years, from council member to Public Advocate to Attorney General,” she posted on LinkedIn. Additionally, a woman living at the property, presumably Thompson, screamed, “Goodbye, you’re trespassing,” at investigating reporters.
For background, as we reported, James spoke at a recent campaign event for Mamdani, where she claimed her prosecution was politically motivated. She whined, “We are witnessing the fraying of our democracy. I know what it feels like to be attacked for just doing your job. I also know what it feels like to overcome adversity, and so I stand on solid rock, and I will not bow. I will not break. I will not bend. I will not capitulate. I will not give in. I will not give up.”
Still, somehow, she was not done, and she kept whining about her prosecution in teh face of mounting evidence. James commented, “We see powerful voices trying to silence truth and punish dissent and weaponize justice for political gain.”

Continuing to play up the drama, the wopke AG claimed, “We are witnessing the fraying of our democracy, the erosion of our system of government. Stand together to defend our rights. To protect every safeguard, every institution, every immigrant, every norm, and every rule of law.”
Concluding her melodramatic comments, she said, “I know what it feels like to be attacked for just doing your job. But I also know what it feels like to overcome adversity. And so I stand on solid rock. I will not bow! I will not break! I will not bend! I will not capitulate! I will not give in! I will not give up! I fear no man.”
