In a horrifying and stomach-churning statement released on Saturday, October 4, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed that ICE agents had been ambushed by two domestic terrorists in a ramming attack in Chicago, forcing the agents to fight off the sick and twisted duo of leftist terrorists with gunfire.
As background, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has flooded into sanctuary cities like Chicago to crack down on the massive problem of illegal immigration, leading to growing clashes between leftist radicals like Antifa and the agents in ICE, along with the other federal agents there to assist them. The police departments in the sanctuary cities have generally been unhelpful toward ICE.
In any case, ICE began its statement describing the incident by noting that one of the individuals involved, a soman who was carrying a semi-automatic firearm, already had a history of trying to harm ICE agents through doxxing attacks. It began, “This morning, Border Patrol law enforcement officers were ambushed by domestic terrorists that rammed federal agents with their vehicles. The woman, Marimar Martinez, driving one of the vehicles, was armed with a semi-automatic weapon and has a history of doxxing federal agents.”
Continuing, the statement described how ICE had to use gunfire to defend itself from her, and noted that her accomplice had been arrested. It said, “She took defensive fire from CBP agents and has been discharged from the hospital and is currently in the custody of the FBI. The driver of another vehicle, Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, involved in the ramming has been apprehended by law enforcement.”
Building on that, the statement noted that after the ramming attack, a collection of more domestic terrorists, by which it presumably meant Antifa, gathered and started attacking it. It said, “The scene became increasingly violent as more domestic terrorists gathered and began throwing smoke, gas, rocks, and bottles at DHS law enforcement.”
Noting that ICE had to arrest another violent domestic terrorist and that JB Pritzker was much to blame, the statement said, “Another domestic terrorist was arrested for assaulting CBP at the scene. Following JB Prtizker’s refusal to allow local police to help secure the scene, Secretary Noem has deployed special operations teams to restore law and order.”
Still the attacks didn’t stop: a ramming incident again occurred as ICE tried leaving. The statement noted: “As our ICE law enforcement was responding to the shooting, a domestic terrorist followed them and rammed their vehicle in an attempt to run them off the road. This individual has also been arrested and is in HSI custody.”

A mob of leftists then attacked a disabled vehicle and the ICE agents in it, leading to officials having to be treated in the hospital. Such is what the statement revealed, saying, “An ICE vehicle popped a tire and was subsequently mobbed by domestic terrorists, forcing law enforcement to abandon the vehicle for their own safety. The vehicle was significantly damaged. Several CBP law enforcement officers were sent to the hospital with various injuries.”
DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, commenting on the incident, said, “These attacks on our brave law enforcement officers must END. Secretary Noem has taken action to deploy additional resources to restore law and order. We will not allow domestic terrorists to attack our law enforcement. If you law a hand on law enforcement, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
