Three far-left activists, Cynthia Raygoza (35), Ashleigh Brown (38), and Sandra Carmona Samane (25), are facing federal charges for stalking an ICE agent to his home, all while livestreaming the pursuit on Instagram and posting his address to incite harassment.
For context, the indictment includes one count of conspiracy and one count of disclosing a federal agent’s personal information, with up to five years in prison if convicted. Additionally, Brown faces an additional unrelated assault charge and is in custody. While Samane was released on a $5,000 bond, Raygoza remains at large.
In any case, Acting United States Attorney Bill Essayli issued a confident rebuke of the crinimals at the center of the scandal. “Our brave federal agents put their lives on the line every day to keep our nation safe. The conduct of these defendants is deeply offensive to law enforcement officers and their families,” he explained.
Building on this point, he made that it was comepelye unaceptable to act in this way, and noted, “If you threaten, dox, or harm in any manner one of our agents or employees, you will face prosecution and prison time.”
During the chilling livestear, the owman shouted abuse at the beelgured agent. One of the woman yelled out to the ICE agents neibhors that their : “neighbor is ICE,” “la migra lives here,” and “ICE lives on your street and you should know.” Additionally, they invited their viewers to “come on down,” to their location.
Echoing the remarks from Essayli , Vice President JD Vance blamed Democratic rhetoric, especially from Gov. Gavin Newsom, for inciting violence against ICE agents. Pointing to rampant violence against ICE agaents, Vance said, “Here is what happens when Democrats, like Gavin Newsom did, say that these people are part of an authoritarian government.”
Digging deeper into his comments, Vance made it clear what is behind these attacks. “When the left-wing media lies about what they’re doing, when they lie about who they’re arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement, what they’re doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence,” he noted.

Building on this point, he made it clear that doxxing federal agaents is a direct acall for vioelcne and cealry unacettable. He recounted, “When democratic politicians encourage doxing, when they encourage us to unmask ICE enforcement officers, what do you think is going to happen?”
Concluding his comments, he made it clear that violence is unacceptable in poltics. He stated, “You don’t have to agree with my immigration policies, you don’t have to agree with Donald Trump’s immigration policies. But if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to hell and you have no place in the political conversation of the United States of America.”
In a bizzare reaction which was clearly an attempt at humor, California Gov. Gavin Newsom fired back. “No thanks, JD. I will not be going ‘straight to hell’ today. Though when I watch you speak I certainly feel like I’m already there,” the Democrat whined.
