Creating a massive uproar both online and in the legal community, U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy made the unprecedented decision to defy the Supreme Court and block the Trump adminsitraion from deporting criminal migrants to countries like Sudan.
For context, when proof of Murphy’s dishonesty was posted to social media, users were enraged by the blatant violation of legal procedure. Reacting to this horrible decision, the Justice Department, led by Solicitor General D. John Sauer, filed a motion seeking clarification of the Court’s ruling, which lifted nationwide restrictions on such deportations, and suggested removing Murphy from the case.
In any case, a popular social media post drew attention to the shady judge. “This leftwing radical Biden judge got jammed through the Senate in December, in the lame-duck session after Democrats lost the White House and Senate,” the post read.
Continuing to trub uop the heat, the viral post noted, “Six months into the job, Massachusetts U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy is now openly defying a Supreme Court order.” Concuing their thoughts, the audience to, “Impeach,” the controversial judge.
Originally, this post was made in response to a court filing that proved that Judge Brian Murphy had violated the rules of the Supreme Court. The document stated, “Judge Brian E. Murphy: ELECTRONIC ORDER ENTERED ON PLAINTIFFS’ EMERGENCY MOTION TO ENFORCE JUDGMENT. Plaintiffs emergency Motion, Dkt. 174, is DENIED as unnecessary, subject to the below. ”
Still not done, the document made it clear that Murphey was willing to disobey the highest court in the land. “The Courts May 21, 2025 Order on Remedy, Dkt. 119, remains in full force and effect, notwithstanding todays stay of the Preliminary Injunction…([The District Courts remedial orders [were] not properly before [the Supreme] Court because the Government has not appealed them, or sought a stay pending a forthcoming appeal)” the Judge wrote.
Reacting to this wild ruling, the DOJ slammed the decision. “The district court’s ruling of last night is a lawless act of defiance that, once again, disrupts sensitive diplomatic relations and slams the brakes on the executive’s lawful efforts to effectuate third-country removals,” Solicitor General D. John Sauer declared.

Still not done, he noted that, “This court should immediately make clear that the district court’s enforcement order has no effect, and put a swift end to the ongoing irreparable harm to the executive branch and its agents.”
Blasting Murphey for his biased rulings, Sauer pointed to the danger his ruling poses to the executive agents, “who remain under baseless threat of contempt as they are forced to house dangerous criminal aliens at a military base in the Horn of Africa that now lies on the borders of a regional conflict.”
Echoing these comments, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller harshly criticized the unaccountable woke bureaucrat for this absurd ruling. “The district court judge in Boston has said he’s going to defy the Supreme Court’s ruling. Expect fireworks tomorrow when we hold this judge accountable for refusing to obey the Supreme Court,” Miller explained.
