In a flurry of posts to social media, infamous anti-Trump senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) went on a vile tirade against the US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro. Prompting a massive social media backlash, Schiff claimed that she was fired by Fox News when she actually resigned to work as a federal attorney.
For context, Pirro is a well-known Television host, lawyer, author, and former judge and prosecutor from New York. Currently working as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, she rose to prominence as a co-host of the Fox News program The Five, as well as her own show, Justice with Judge Jeanine.
In any case, Schiff, who is infamous for leading the impeachment against President Trump, posted a video where me made baseless allegations. The California Democrat said, “I mean, even her own people on Fox thought she could be trusted to be on TV, on their own network, and after the show was briefly taken off the air, Fox News Producer Justin Wells described that they took her off because she was crazy.”
Still not done with his dishonest attack, the senator stated, “Optics are bad, but she’s crazy. Well, her
own executive producer also described her as nuts. Are we going to put someone that even Fox, and I’m not a particular fan of Fox, but even Fox thought was crazy, nuts, and couldn’t be trusted on live television, we’re going to trust her with the lives and liberty of people in the District of Columbia?”
In the caption to the video, he alleged, “Fox News took Jeanine Pirro off air because ‘she’s crazy’ and ‘nuts.’ Their words, not mine. Now we’re going to trust her with the lives and liberty of the people of DC? This is just absurd.”
In the comments under the post, conservatives blasted the Democrat for his unfair criticism. One such comment noted, “Why are you lying? Fox News didn’t do anything to her. She left to work as the interim U.S. Attorney for D.C., you absolute lying and pathetic little pos.”
Another conservative expressed his anger at Schiff, saying, “This politician @SenAdamSchiff lies every time he opens his mouth 😁 . Jeanine Pirro was appointed by President Trump as interim U.S. Attorney. That is why she is not on Fox News. Can’t wait till Schiff’s Autopen Pardon is nullified!”

As we reported, Pirro has repeatedly taken the fight to the Democrats, such as when she slammed a biased woke reporter, who cynically tried to use selective crime statistics to paint Trump’s August 11, 2025, decision to federalize the DC police in a negative light.
Reacting to a disrespectful comment about the crime rate in DC, she said, “[You’ll never hear the]end of it, what changed? It’s never enough. This changed. This changed. It’s never enough. You tell these families that crime has dropped? You tell the mother of the intern who was shot going out for McDonald’s near the Washington Convention Center. ‘Oh, crime is down.'”

Concluding her impassioned rebuke, the former TV host added, “You tell the kid who was just beaten the hell and back with a severe concussion and a broken nose, crime is down. No. That falls on deaf ears, and my ears are deaf to that, and that’s why I fight the fight. Thank you.”
