WATCH: Investigative Journalist from Minnesota Alleges Tim Walz Gave Classified Military Secrets to Communist China

In a stunning interview that aired in late June, Minnesota-based investigative journalist and conservative reporter Liz Collin exposed the China ties of Minnesota Governor and failed 2024 Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz, even alleging that the Minnesota governor had given military secrets to China when a member of the Minnesota National Guard.

Their conversation regarding Walz’s Chinese ties began when Collin, broaching the subject, noted that they at least deserve more scrutiny. She said, “So under Walz we have the riots, we have these lies just about things with his background that I think really deserve more attention, more investigating these ties to China, which I think are troubling.”

Tucker, encouraging to delve deeper, asked, “What ties does he have to China?” Responding, Collin noted that the Minnesota governor had made nearly three dozen trips to communist China, saying, “Well . . . He said that he’s made more than 30 trips to China. He went there upon graduating, trips to China, went there upon graduating.”

They then went back and forth over how a school teacher in Minnesota could afford repeated trips halfway around the world, and during the discussion on that, in which Collin noted that he was taking students to Red China, he was going to the now-enemy country despite being in the National Guard, saying, “[He was in] the National Guard at the time as well, making these trips to China.”

That then led slightly later into Collin exposing that Walz was accused of smuggling secret information on a self-propelled howitzer, which she referred to as a tank, to communist China. Beginning that part of the conversation, she noted that Congress has refused to delve deeper, saying, “There’s supposed to be a congressional hearing about all of this and it’s kind of just gone nowhere, sadly.”

Continuing, she exposed that Walz was accused of secreting information on the self-propelled howitzer to China, saying, “We also know I’ve spoken to a couple people that served with Tim Walz in Nebraska in that guard unit and they suspect, and we’ve done stories and tried to reach out to Walz for comment, but they suspect that perhaps he took their standard operating procedure, the SOP for the howitzer army tank. He was assigned to this tank. It was nuclear-capable. And this was all laid out in the SOP that goes missing while he’s there. And they . . . had talked to the FBI about, about this as well. There’s so many questions.”

Tucker, pressing for more detail, asked, “Why did they talk to the FBI?” Collin, responding, noted that the howitzer details went missing at the same time as Walz was travelling back and forth to China repeatedly. Tucker, summarizing what she had alleged, said, “You are saying that men he worked with in the National Guard in Nebraska went to the FBI because they believed he had given classified military secrets to the Chinese government.”

Collin noted, “They suspect that he did.” Tucker then noted that the suspicions must have been serious, saying, “Well, they suspected to the point they went to the FBI.” Collin noted that, after the suspicions were aired, China started producing what looked like an exact replicat of the self-propelled howitzer.

She said, “Well, this was all . . . when all these stories are coming out finally about his background, and they’re like, maybe we should talk about this. These are guys back then didn’t report this. This was in the early 90s. And they always talked about it amongst themselves. And I think that they weren’t completely aware of, you know, the potential threat something like this could pose. But they always thought this was very strange. And then China started producing almost a carbon copy of this military tank a couple years later.”
