In more potentially very good news for President Donald Trump, he appears to have been vindicated by the Department of Justice’s release of transcripts between investigators and Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, with Ghislaine in the transcripts saying that she never saw the current president do anything untoward when around Epstein.

The transcript and audio of the interview were released in the name of transparency by Trump Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, who said, “In the interest of transparency, @TheJusticeDept is releasing the complete transcript and audio of my proffer of Ms. Maxwell. The transcript and audio are linked below.”

Deputy AG Blanche added that all that was removed or censored were the names of the victims, so as to protect them. He said, “The audio is divided into segments to reflect breaks during the interview. Some segments are shorter than others. Shorter segments are a result of audio tests and size limitations per recorded session. Except for the names of victims, every word is included. Nothing removed. Nothing hidden.”

In the transcript, Blanche was quoted as asking Maxwell, “And you mentioned that early — in the very beginning of the conversation, you mentioned President Trump in the early ’90s.” He continued, after Ghislaine agreed that she had mentioned that, “What — what’s — what did you observe, as far as President Trump, and his relationship with you or Mr. Epstein?”

Ghislaine first said that it would be a stretch to say she had a relationship with President Trump, but that her father liked Trump and his Czechoslovakian wife, Ivana Trump. She said, “Well, I just want to
say for my relationship with President Trump — relationship’s a big word — but I just want to say that I met him or I believe I may have, because of my father in the [90s].” She continued, “So my father liked him
very much, and he was loved — really liked his wife as well, because we were both Czechoslovakian.”

She continued, “And as far as I’m concerned, President Trump was always very cordial and very kind to me. And I just want to say that I find — I — I admire his extraordinary achievement in becoming the President now. And I like him, and I’ve always liked him. So that is the sum and substance of my entire relationship with him.”

Blanche then asked her, “What about Mr. Epstein’s relationship with him?” She explained that they  at least appeared friendly when together, and Blanche then pressed, “Was that in social settings or was that in private settings?” Ghislaine said it was all in public: “I believe I only ever saw them in social settings. I don’t recall any private settings.”

Then, after the two went back and forth about Mar-a-Lago for a while, Deputy AG Blanche pressed on whether she saw Trump get one of the infamous massages from the Epstein girls, asking, “Did you ever observe President Trump receive a massage?” Ghislaine responded, “Never.”

A bit later, Ghislaine further added that she only ever saw them together in social settings, and were only so friendly as people typically are when they occasionally see each other socially. She said, “That’s — that’s my memory. They were social settings. I don’t know Epstein’s — if he had — whatever the nature of the President’s friendship, if you will, or however you want to define that with Epstein, I was — never
    witnessed.”

Continuing, she said that Trump never went to Epstein’s house as far as she knows, noting, “I think they were friendly like people are in social settings. I don’t — I don’t think they were close friends or I certainly never witnessed the President in any of –I don’t recall ever seeing him in his house, for instance.”

Concluding, she added that she never saw Trump get inappropriate or get a massage, saying, “I actually never saw the President in any type of massage setting. I never witnessed the President in any inappropriate setting in any way. The President was never inappropriate with anybody. In the times that I was with him, he was a gentleman in all respects.”
