Writing in an angry post on TikTok, far-left actress and comic Rosie O’Donnell suggested that ABC could cancel “The View” to appease President Donald Trump, a move that would come alongside the cancellation of Stephen Colbert’s program and be, in the eyes of leftists like O’Donnell, a bribe paid to get President Trump to stop sending investigators and prosecutors after them.
For reference, Trump and O’Donnell have had a long-running feud. Indeed, it extends well back to before President Trump first threw his hat in the ring in 2015, though the public was reminded of it with his “only Rosie O’Donnell” retort to Megyn Kelly during a GOP primary debate before the 2016 nomination and election.
Since then, the fight has been off and on, with both hurling nasty comments at each other. Before her comments on “The View,” O’Donnell even fled America for the Republic of Ireland and claimed that she would remain there rather than live in an America ruled by President Trump. But, despite being out of the country, O’Donnell has kept commenting on Trump and American politics.
Such came back up when O’Donnell posted on TikTok about the news that ABC has started scrutinizing “The View,” a show filled with critics of President Trump. That news came from The Daily Beast, which reported that there is a significant rift between the show’s hosts, who want to keep the show’s focus on politics, and Disney CEO Bob Iger, whose company owns ABC and wants to see all of Disney’s properties back away from contentious politics.
So, angrily snapping about the situation on her TikTok account, O’Donnell went berserk over the idea that “The View” faces cancellation at Iger’s hands. Beginning her post, the prominent Trump critic wrote, “You know what I just read today? ABC is ‘reviewing the liberal bias’ on The View. The VIEW.”
Continuing, the far-left personality absurdly insisted that it shouldn’t be cancelled because women are on it, saying, “The show with five women speaking the own opinions – That’s the threat now. They say they’re not canceling it— they’re just ‘reviewing the bias.’ Which is code for – we’re gonna cancel it we’re just trying to soften you up first.”
Nowhere near done, O’Donnell then claimed that ABC and Disney both see the truth as dangerous, writing, “Apparently, the truth is dangerous now. They say they want ‘balance.’ But what they mean is silence. Silence anything that doesn’t praise the orange messiah and his golden escalator of lies.”

Incredibly, Rosie O’Donnell went on to insist that cancelling “The View” would be fascism and paraphrased a poem to compare it to the Holocaust, saying, “This isn’t about bias – This is about obedience. This is about removing any program that doesn’t align with Trumpism — soft fascism in full lashes with commercial breaks, First they came for the journalists Then the educators Then the librarians Now, it’s Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg. It would be funny if it weren’t so terrifying.”
Adding to that crazy claim with yet another bit of insistence that Trump is a dictator, O’Donnell then wrote, “We are in a dictatorship with good lighting. I used to think the First Amendment meant something. I used to think you couldn’t just erase a voice because it made you uncomfortable.”
Finally concluding the anger-filled post about the much-derided ABC daytime TV program, O’Donnell wrote, “We stand together and say what is true, even when it shakes the walls. Because the most dangerous sound in the world is a woman who knows what she’s talking about— and refuses to stop.”
