Marking a devastating defeat for the woke left, a U.S. appeals court upheld a Texas law requiring voter ID for mail-in ballots, which drove Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) into a sputtering rage. Admitting the ruling reduces Democratic votes in 2024, she baselessly accused Republicans of suppressing votes.
For context, 5th Circuit Court Judge James Ho said that SB1 was valid and ensures security. SB1 requires voters to provide names and addresses with their mail-in ballots. This ruling is a significant step in ensuring that Texas elections are secure and accurately reflect the wishes of the citizens of the Lone Star State.
Texas Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), signed into law on September 7, 2021, and completely redesigns the process of voting by mail. The ambitious bill mandates that voters provide identification numbers on ballots and bans drive-thru and 24-hour voting, along with limiting early voting hours.
For context, Crockett admitted that the unsafe mail-in voter system disproportionately benefited her party in remarks given on MSNBC. The far left congresswoman whined, “Unfortunately, we’ve seen our numbers fall now that they’ve had these voter restrictions in place.”
Issuing a confident endorsement of the law, Judge James Ho dismissed opposition from cynical left-wing activists. He wrote, “The number-matching requirements are obviously designed to confirm that every mail-in voter is who he claims he is. And that is plainly material to determining whether an individual is qualified to vote.”
Concluding his remarks, Ho explained that this information was easily accessible to voters, saying, “That information is easily available to anyone who simply requests it. As a result, any person can request and receive that information about a registered voter, use that information to apply for a mail-in ballot, and then cast the ballot, with minimal risk of detection.”
Crockett is in a dangerous position as Republican led redistricting has threatened her seat. As we reported, Crockett and other Democrats have fled the state rather than vote on the proposal, creating mass chaos.

In any case, Crockett went on a deranged rant where she lobbed baseless accusations and referred to President Trump as “Temu Hitler.” Starting her provocative remarks, the Texas Democrat said, “That’s why they’re over here trying to bully people. Bullies are always weak. The difference is they expect Democrats to kind of be the nice guys that we are. They expect us to take the punch and say, ‘Thank you.’”
Still not done embarrassing herself, Crockett whined, “Well, I am here to tell you, not only are we going to punch back, but we about (sic) to beat you down.” Addressing the GOP, she added, “Do whatever you can to support these heroes because they are the ones that had to leave their families. They are the ones that have warrants out for their arrest.”
Offering more grammatically strained remarks, Crockett raved, “Put some respect on their names. These are people that understand what it is to be a representative. They understand their constituencies and, instead of trying to stomp on them, they want to do everything that they can to stomp for them. And so that’s why they’re here.”

Concluding her remarks, the Congresswoman attacked President Trump with vile insults. She alleged, “We understand that we have a Temu Hitler in the White House right now that thinks that he is going to become the dictator of the United States. I am here to tell you that time is up for playing in our faces. The Democrats are not going to stand for this any longer.”
