DOJ Taking Legal Action against Rogue Judge Boasberg for “Improper” Plotting Against Trump

After countless provocations, Attorney General Pam Bondi filed a misconduct complaint against District Judge James Boasberg for his numerous inappropriate remarks about President Trump. Specifically, Boasberg recently met with other DC judges on how to confront the Trump administration during a “constitutional crisis.”

For context, Judge James Boasberg became infamous after he used his power to block Trump from invoking the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gangsters in a dramatic case of judicial overreach. Since then, Boasberg has been a committed enemy of the trump government and obstructed the president at every turn.

In any case, Bondi took to social media to announce that Boasberg was facing an official complaint. She said, “Today at my direction, [DOJ] filed a misconduct complaint against U.S. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg for making improper public comments about President Trump and his Administration.” She also noted his comments “have undermined the integrity of the judiciary, and we will not stand for that.”

As quoted by the New York Post, Chad Mizelle, Bondi’s chief of staff, offered additional insight into the situation. He said, “While there, Judge Boasberg attempted to improperly influence Chief Justice Roberts and roughly two dozen other federal judges by straying from the traditional topics to express his belief that the Trump Administration would ‘disregard rulings of federal courts’ and trigger ‘a constitutional crisis,’”

As we reported, the memo supported Mizelle’s summary of the events, saying, “District of the District of Columbia Chief Judge James Boasberg next raised his colleagues’ concerns that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts, leading to a constitutional crisis.”

In his absurd screed, Boasberg displayed his obvious TDS, such as when he stated that “the Trump Administration committed criminal contempt of court,” when they refused to turn around planes carrying deported illegal aliens when ordered to do so by the unaccountable woke judge.

Continuing, the attorney general’s chief of staff slammed these wild comments. He stated, “Although his comments would be inappropriate even if they had some basis, they were even worse because Judge Boasberg had no basis — the Trump Administration has always complied with all court orders.”

Burrying  Boasberg under a flood of criticism, Mizelle added, “Nor did Judge Boasberg identify any purported violations of court orders to justify his unprecedented predictions. Within days of those statements, Judge Boasberg began acting on his preconceived belief that the Trump Administration would not follow court orders.”

Offering a confident conclusion, he condemned Boasberg’s vile remarks, declaring, “Taken together, Judge Boasberg’s words and deeds violate Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, and erode public confidence in judicial neutrality, and warrant a formal investigation.”

In the memo at the center of this controversy, other liberal judges were much more reasonable than the TDS-afflicted Boasberg. The document noted how “Chief Justice Roberts expressed hope that it would not happen, and in turn, no constitutional crisis would materialize. His interactions with the President have been civil and respectful, such as the President thanking him at the State of the Union address for administering the oath.”
