Report Reveals Adam Schiff Could Face Jail Time Over His Mortgage Fraud Scandal

A recent op-ed from Fox News laid out the compelling case that infamous Democrat Sen. Adam Schiff (CA) committed mortgage fraud by listing a Maryland home as his primary address to secure better loan terms, while claiming a California property as his primary residence for tax reasons. The author cited information from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) as well as recent comments from the president to support his arguments.

For context, the FHFA sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice, where they laid out the evidence and alleged falsified documents spanning over a decade. However, Schiff’s office claimed that lenders were aware of the details of his residence.

Such was shown when FHFA Director William Pulte blasted the controversial Democrat for his actions. The letter stated Schiff “has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, impacting payments from 2003-2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property.”

Protesting the Senator’s innocence, his office wrote, “The lenders who provided the mortgages for both homes were well aware of then-Representative Schiff’s Congressional service and of his intended year-round use of both homes, neither of which was a vacation home.”

According to this article, Schiff is unlikely to face prosecution for several reasons. Liberal jurors, such as would be selected in Maryland or California, would be unlikely to convict the woke Democrat. At an even more basic level, it isn’t easy to prove that the false statements were international.

Explaining the situation, legal expert Solomon L. Wisenberg broke down the relevant statutes. He said, “The question is whether you lied on these forms or not. Were your answers accurate or not, and if they were inaccurate, were the answers a mistake or intentional? It is not at all clear to me that Schiff wrote anything false at all by listing the Maryland house as his primary residence on a bank loan form.”

However, many conservatives, including President Trump, are hoping for a successful prosecution. In a post to Truth Social, Trump declared, “I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud.”

Still not done, Trump confidently stated, “Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA. I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook.”

Concluding his remarks, the president described the seriousness of these allegations. Trump posted, “Mortgage Fraud is very serious, and CROOKED Adam Schiff (now a Senator) needs to be brought to justice. I would have thought he covered his bases a little bit better than that. Adam Schiff is a low-life, he deserves what he gets.”

However, the infamous Democrat has not taken these remarks lightly, and went on the offensive, saying, “This is just Donald Trump’s latest attempt at political retaliation against his perceived enemies. So it is not a surprise, only how weak this false allegation turns out to be. And much as Trump may hope, this smear will not distract from his Epstein files problem.”
