President Donald Trump is pulling no punches as he sounds off on the woke media in the wake of it telling a great many lies about his policy toward and bomber strikes on Iran. Such came yet again when he caught CNN’s Abby Phillip telling an outright lie about his policy toward the Iranian state, leading to him slammer her in a two-post obliteration posted to Truth Social.
As background, President Trump was already at loggerheads with CNN over its publishing a leaked report from the Defense Intelligence Agency in the wake of the B-2 strikes on Iran, in which the DIA claimed not much damage was done. That report was apparently a preliminary one, and later updates reportedly found that a good bit of damage was done. In any case, Trump was furious that they published the leaked report.
Then, during a CNN broadcast on Friday, June 27, CNN’s Abby Phillip got in a heated argument with conservative CNN contributor Scott Jennings and bizarrely insisted that the president was giving Iran tens of billions of dollars to construct a civilian nuclear program. She said, “If [Trump] were to do a deal with Iran that gave them $30 billion to build a non-military nuclear program, would you be ok with that?”
Mere minutes after that segment aired, the president took to Truth Social to note tht her claim was absurd and nothing of the sort has even been discussed, much less embarked upon by his administration. He said, asking who the woke CNN host in the segment was, “Who in the Fake News Media is the SleazeBag saying that ‘President Trump wants to give Iran $30 Billion to build non-military Nuclear facilities.’”
Continuing, he insisted that the whole concept is a total hoax with no basis in reality whatsoever, and that it shows the fake news media is out to get him, even to the point of actually lying about his administration and its initiatives in an attempt to make it look bad. He said, “Never heard of this ridiculous idea. It’s just another HOAX put out by the Fake News in order to demean. These people are SICK!!!”
He then found out that the host behind the ridiculous, lie-filled segment was Abby Phillip, and took to destroying her personally. Beginning, he slammed her for commenting incorrectly on the state of the US economy and tariffs, saying that things are going great, quite in contrast to her claims. He wrote, “Where does CNN get its ‘talent?’ Just watched someone named Abby Phillip lecture her audience on Tariffs and the economy (which is doing record business!).”
Building on that, the president roasted the very far-left CNN host as being “strictly 3rd rate,” meaning she is the bottom of the barrel in terms of host quality they could trot out. He said, on that point, “She has absolutely no idea what she is talking about, strictly 3rd rate.”

Concluding, he decided to roast CNN too, in addition to the host, saying that its audience is long since gone and what remains is leaving now, so it doesn’t matter all that much what lies the network spews. He said, “Fortunately, the audience has long ago left CNN, and it will only get WORSE. LOSERS ALL!!!”
