In a post to X, Karoline Leavitt excoriated the Democrats for their shameful reactions to Donald Trump’s recent speech to Congress. She said that the Democrats refused to applaud common-sense proposals such as ending the tax on social security. She gave special attention to Trump’s remarks on banning transgender surgeries for minors.
“As President Trump asked in his speech last night, how could anyone possibly be opposed to any of this action that he is taking,” she began. “Well, apparently the modern day Democrat party could. The behavior of Democrats last night was completely disgraceful and demonstrated how severely out of touch they are with the American public.
“It was the most shameful moment in the history of presidential addresses and that beautiful chamber in what was supposed to be a unifying moment for our country, Democrat members of Congress instead screamed at the President of the United States, who was just overwhelmingly re elected by their constituents, walked out of the chamber, and worst of all,” she said, “they disrespected the American people.”
“Democrats didn’t stand to keep men out of women’s sports. They couldn’t even clap for a girl who got her head smashed in by a man on a volleyball court,” explained Leavitt. ” Democrats didn’t stand for an innocent and beautiful child who is surviving brain cancer. They opposed eliminating taxes on tips and Social Security. They didn’t stand in favor of cutting taxes for hard working Americans.”
“They couldn’t even clap for two mothers whose daughters were killed by illegal aliens. One of the only things that could get Democrats off their feet last night was cheering for Ukraine, not for America. Last night was a very clarifying moment for our country,” expressed Leavitt. ” Democrats exposed themselves as the party of insanity and hate the party that wants to put America last.”

“They’ve allowed their Trump Derangement Syndrome to stop them from celebrating America and our people, and we will not allow them to forget,” she concluded. Trump addressed transgender issues in his recent speech to Congress. “My administration is also working to protect our children from toxic ideologies in our schools. A few years ago, January Littlejohn and her husband discovered that their daughter’s school had secretly socially transitioned their 13-year-old little girl,” said Trump.
“Teachers and administrators conspired to deceive January and her husband while encouraging their daughter to use a new name and pronouns. “They/them” pronoun, actually, all without telling January, who is here tonight and is now a courageous advocate against this form of child abuse,” President Trump said to thunderous applause.
“Stories like this are why shortly after taking office, I signed an Executive Order banning public schools from indoctrinating our children with transgender ideology,” he explained. “I also signed an order to cut off all taxpayer funding to any institution that engages in the sexual mutilation of our youth.” He then exported Congress to pass a law banning children from transitioning.
“And now I want Congress to pass a bill permanently banning and criminalizing sex changes on children—and forever ending the lie that any child is trapped in the wrong body. This is a big lie. And our message to every child in America is that you are perfect, exactly the way God made you,” he said to conclude his remarks.
