Joe Biden’s Woke Military Asking Soldiers’ Families To Go On Food Stamps

After dedicating tens of billions of dollars of seemingly endless financial support to Ukraine and other countries, the federal government can’t even rectify taking care of our own. That’s the takeaway from the bliundering and shocking statements made by the Department of Defense in light of rampant inflation caused in part by – wait for – sending billions oif dollars to other countries.

Fox News reports that the U.S. Army in particular, helmed nominally by woke, puppet losers like Mark Milley and Lloyd Austin, is “offering” support to its military families by telling them to register with local and state agencies to collect welfare benefit.

    Fox writes:

The U.S. Army has released guidance for soldiers as they fight inflation, including a suggestion that they take advantage of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps.

SNAP, a benefit for low-income Americans, is a program for which “service members and their families may be eligible,” the guidance said, pointing soldiers and their families to the SNAP website and phone number. SNAP is one of several options discussed as part of the Army’s Financial Readiness Program.

“With inflation affecting everything from gas prices to groceries to rent, some Soldiers and their families are finding it harder to get by on the budgets they’ve set and used before,” guidance from Sergeant Major Michael Grinston said. “Soldiers of all ranks can seek guidance, assistance, and advice through the Army’s Financial Readiness Program.”

Republicans are so stupid for ignoring this. If they do nothing about it they deserve to lose every seat in 2022 https://t.co/tl38RkJBAd

Jack Posobiec has been following some of the latest nonsense being peddled by the Brandon administration and is hopelessly calling out the RINO GOP to do anything about it. It was already bad enough congressional Republicans didn’t fight against the military’s mandates; now, they are again mostly silent on this latest embarrassment.

Indeed, between demanding every solider be jabbed, as well as “forgiving” student loans, thus taking away a major incentive for the military to recruit would-be members of the armed forces, everything the wokified military brass and Biden leadership team is doing will only minimize fighting readiness and capabilities.

It;’s also just a huge slap in th face to people willing to fight and even die for this country. What is this country doing for them in return?

Shockingly, a recent report suggested that almost an entire quarter of enlisted military are “food insecure” as inflation continues wiping out the purchasing power of regular Americans.

“Based on the Pentagon’s own data, 24 percent of enlisted personnel are food insecure. While food stamps are a Band-Aid, they’re also an admission that basic pay for enlisted troops and their families is too low—further exacerbated by unyielding inflation causing paychecks to shrink more.”
