Biden Posing with “Wonder Woman” in Christmas Photo Goes Viral

Famous actress Lynda Carter recently visited President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris at the White House, posing for a celebratory Christmas photo.  Carter, 73, famous for playing Wonder Woman, stood before a portrait of George Washington in the Diplomatic Reception Room alongside Joe and Jill Biden, Doug Emhoff, and Kamala Harris.

Carter shared the post on Instagram, writing the caption, “Sharing the photo Merry Christmas! What an honor to once again be in the White House. With love, admiration, and friendship, Lynda.”  However, users quickly pointed out that Biden was standing unusually close to Carter and noticeably distant from First Lady Jill Biden.

The Daily Mail reported on several responses from users on social media. “Stunning! You gotta love Joe,” one person wrote with a laughing emoji.  Another person on Instagram questioned, “Why does @flotus look like she’s photobombing?”  One user wondered, “Why is Jill a mile apart from her husband?”

Carter has been an outspoken Democratic activist, particularly on the issue of abortion.  “If we want #ReproductiveFreedomNow, we need to turn out and vote in November! Our fundamental rights are on the line, and only President Biden and Vice President Harris will fight to protect them. I know Don and I know Joe, and I’m voting for JOE,” the actress wrote on X earlier this year.

In other news regarding President Biden, The American Tribune reported on a stern warning from President-elect Donald Trump regarding the outgoing administration’s efforts to sell off pieces of the border wall before the transition of power next month.  Reports indicated that Biden was hurriedly trying to auction off border wall segments at $5 a piece.

Taking to Truth Social Trump said, “Joe Biden keeps talking about a smooth transition and unified government, and yet he races to sell desperately needed border wall for pennies on the dollar. It will cost the U.S. a fortune, and time, to get the exact same wall to replace what has been sold, and the new wall will cost triple the price. It is CRAZY, and must be stopped.”

Trump said in other comments, “I’m asking today, Joe Biden, to please stop selling the wall.” The president-elect also noted that the cost of the supplies is significantly higher than it once was, saying, “It’s very expensive, and now it’s about double the price of what it would have been six years ago.” Suggesting the move is “criminal,” Trump added, “And the (Biden) administration is trying to sell it for five cents on the dollar ‒ knowing that we’re getting ready to put it up. And what they’re doing is really an act ‒ it’s almost a criminal act.”

“They know we’re going to use it. And if we don’t have it, we’re going to have to rebuild it, and it’ll cost double what it cost years ago, and that’s hundreds of millions of dollars because you’re talking about a lot of a lot of wall,” Trump said.  Watch the clip of Trump slamming the Biden administration over the border wall controversy below:
