WATCH: Trump Supporter Tells Hilarious Story Of How He Handled CNN Reporter While Shirtless, With a Beer In Hand

In an epic Friday, September 20 interview on Fox News Channel, a Trump supporter recounted how he’d handled a CNN reporter during an incident in which that female reporter attempted to embarrass him by questioning him about inflation and interest rates. The incident occurred during a pro-Trump boat parade.

As background, the incident occurred on Thursday, September 19. During the matter, the Trump supporter was asked about the current situation in America and explained that his main issue is with how expensive things have gotten, and she tried to press him on how he could afford a boat if things are so expensive.

That Trump supporter, Joe Harner, went on “The Ingraham Angle” to roast the CNN reporter, whom, he said, was much more interested in agitation and causing a scene with the Trump supporters at the rally than in actually seeking information and finding out what was going on that leads people to dislike the Biden-Harris Administration.

Speaking to Laura Ingraham, Mr, Harner said, “I believe that she was just trying to get under people’s skins there just by the questions that she was asking the different people that I saw at the boat parade and everything,” He continued, “But what’s curious is she rode on the same party boat that I rode on that I paid $50 to come to the boat parade on.”

Continuing, Mr. Harner explained how bad he sees inflation as having gotten, saying, “Everything costs more, so my money doesn’t go as far, gas, everything, gas, food, repairs on the house, anything that we do costs more. Everybody has raised their prices to try and cover what the Biden-Harris administration has done.”

He then added, noting how money goes nowhere near as far as it used to, and that can be seen with a checkbook and budget. He said, “I’m going to tell them that they need to look at their budgets and look at how they’re spending their money because their money doesn’t go anywhere near what it did four years ago.”

During the incident at issue, the field reporter asked Mr. Harner, “What’s your most important issue?” Responding, Mr. Harner noted how, thanks to rampant inflation and high interest rates, life in America is getting too expensive, telling her, “The economy. Getting interest rates down. Getting it where we can afford to live in America. Right now it’s too expensive.”

Following up, the field reporter, Reeves, asked him about affording things like a boat as he complains about life being too expensive, asking him, “Ok, now, let me maybe ask a slightly impolite question. But, you know, if you can afford a boat, you’re not hurting so bad, right? Because a boat costs a lot of money and it’s a lot of upkeep —”

Very funnily, Mr. Harner wasn’t having it. He fired  back, interrupting her,  “Listen, nobody gave me s***! I earned everything that I’ve got. I’m retired military, retired power plant, and I am successful and retired with boats, jet skis, because I did it right, and everybody has that chance. Whether they choose or not, that’s up to them.”
