In an interview conducted by Fox News Channel host Brian Kilmeade on “One Nation” on Saturday, September 21, former President Donald Trump spoke about his family’s safety and what concerns he has about it, telling Kilmeade that he does indeed worry a great deal about the safety of his family, particularly after the assassination attempts.
Trump’s comments about his family’s safety to the “Fox & Friends” co-host came amidst their wide-ranging discussion about everything from Trump’s running mate, Sen. JD Vance, and his upcoming debate with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, to the second assassination attempt and the dangers of a Kamala presidency.
Speaking about the record numbers of illegal immigrants who have streamed into the country under the Biden-Harris Administration, Trump said that America is suffering like never before. In his words: “Look, we’re under siege and no country has ever suffered like we have for the last three-and-a-half, almost four years.”
Continuing, Trump explained what’s going on, telling Kilmeade, “When they allow millions of people to come into our country, from prisons, right? From prisons. And terrorists, and people from mental institutions, and they take over our parks. Look at New York – you can’t play Little League baseball anymore.”
Then, when Kilmeade asked him if he fears for his family’s safety in these chaotic and dangerous times, former President Trump told him, “I do. I do. I don’t talk about it, but I do. I have to worry about family. I have to worry about everybody.” Then, turning to Kilmeade, the former president added, “I worry about you.”
Later on, when they discussed Sen. Vance and his upcoming debate with Gov. Walz, former President Trump said, “He won’t get a fair shot. But he will handle it very good.” Continuing, Trump told him, “I think he’s done great. People are really liking him. He’s tough, smart, he loves our country. He’s going to have no trouble.”
Watch him here:
Trump, posting on Truth Social about Oprah Winfrey on Saturday, wrote, “A long time ago, Oprah Winfrey asked me to do her last Network Television Show. The final week of her show was a big deal, and it was my honor, with my family, to do it. When I watched her interview yesterday with a woman who is destroying, through her complete and total incompetence, America, I couldn’t help but think this isn’t the real Oprah, this isn’t a person that wants millions of people, from prisons and mental institutions, and terrorists, drug dealers, and human traffickers, from all over the World, pouring into our Country.”
Continuing, he roasted Kamala, saying, “Kamala looked really foolish, couldn’t answer the simplest of questions on Inflation, the Cost of Goods, or our very porous and dangerous Border – No leader there, and Oprah just wanted to crawl under a table! Comrade Kamala Harris is mentally unfit to be President. She knows it, and so does everyone else!”
Trump also roasted Bill Maher, saying, “The ratings challenged Bill Maher, on his increasingly boring show on HBO, is really having a hard time coping with TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME. He is a befuddled mess, sloppy and tired, and every conversation, with B and C list guests, seems to start with, or revert back to, ME! This week he had “dumb as a rock” bimbo Stephanie Ruhle, from MSDNC, on the show, along with a Trump hating loser, Bret Stephens, who seemed totally confused and unsure of himself, very much like Maher himself. Steven’s should find himself another line of work because I am driving the FAILING New York Times absolutely crazy, and it is very hard, perhaps impossible, for a writer to write well of me without suffering the wrath of the degenerate editors who, with a push from the top, have gone insane. They apologized to their readers in 2016 for their complete and total MISS, and they’ll do it again in November. The FAILING New York Times is a badly run “newspaper” that has totally lost its way. Put it to sleep!”
