Ron DeSantis’s crusade against sexualizing young people is firing on all cylinders, and that now includes launching an investigation into an alleged “family-family” drag show that was marketed toward children and which featured “simulated sex acts” and “exposed buttholes.”
The increasingly popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok is apparently behind this latest effort after a now-viral tweet exposed the event last week.
“The same group who put on an extremely graphic ‘family-friendly’ drag show which featured simulated sex acts, exposed buttholes, and oversized fake exposed breasts is performing this show in Florida on Monday,” Libs of TikTok tweeted on December 21st.

Soon after, the Florida government entity known as the Department of Business and Professional Regulation responded to the public tip with its own forceful statement.
“The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is aware of multiple complaints about a sexually explicit performance marketed to children held in Fort Lauderdale on December 26th,” the statement read. “The Department is actively investigating this matter, including video footage and photographs from the event. DPBR will, like in other cases, take action.”
“Exposing children to sexually explicit activity is a crime in Florida, and such action violates the Department’s licensing standards for operating a business and holding a liquor license,” it continued. “The Department will share any collected evidence with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for potential criminal liability.”
Florida governor Ron DeSantis has been a vocal and political opponent of targeting minors for this type of content. He pushed back on government education’s woke and indefensible position on teaching radical gender theory to kindergarteners last spring. This famously got Disney involved after then-CEO Bob Chakek defended both his company’s production of untoward content as well as the notion that America’s youngest students should be indoctrinated into what Libs of TikTok founder has repeatedly called a “cult.”
Disney’s public pushback eventually led to DeSantis ending their special tax privileges in the state.
The Daily Wire noted that Florida’s preeminent governor, in addition to taking the battle to the public, has also done countless good behind the scenes. Even when he would benefit from the press, he has nevertheless kept some actions private – until they were revealed by other affected parties. One such affected was the formerly anonymous founder of the Libs of TikTok account.
The founder of Libs of TikTok, Chaya Raichik, revealed her face publicly for the first time during a recent interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
Raichik said that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis offered her support after she was doxxed following a hit piece from The Washington Post.
When asked by Carlson if anyone reached out to her after the hit piece, she responded, “I will say this, when I was doxxed, someone from Ron DeSantis’ team called me.”
“She said, ‘The governor wanted me to give you a message. He said if you don’t feel safe — or — you or your family, if you need a place to go, to hide, to stay, you can come to the governor’s mansion,” Raichik said. “She said, ‘We have a guest house for you, and you can come and stay as long as you need.’”
That clip can be seen below.
