Recent footage from the Democratic National Convention in Chicago shows President Biden delivering a gaffe while speaking about abortion and the overturning of Roe v. Wade during his speech. While seemingly trying to convey his opinion that women lacked “electoral” or “political” power, Biden misspoke and stated women are without “electrical” power.
Speaking in front of the DNC, Biden said, “Women are now without electrical… will not allowed… not without… electric… electoral…”. According to the official transcript from the White House, Biden was rallying the crowd in his administration’s effort toward “protecting” the freedom to “vote,” “love,” and “choose” before sounding off on the Roe v. Wade decision over two years ago.
Biden continued, “In its d- — in its decision overturning Roe v. Wade, as you heard earlier tonight, the United States Supreme Court majority wrote the following. Quote, “Women are now without electrical — with no- — not allowed” — (inaudible) — “not without electoral — electoral” — (laughter) — “or political power.” (Applause.) No kidding.”
The American Tribune reported on recent criticism from former President Donald Trump toward Biden’s speech at the DNC, which he called “angry and ranting” and “full of lies.” Biden attempted to claim that, under his administration, he had led one of the strongest economies, an opinion misaligned with that of millions of Americans.
During another part of his speech, President Biden claimed he had led “one of the most extraordinary four years of progress ever,” adding, “We got from economic crisis to the strongest economy in the entire world. A record 16 million new jobs, record small business growth, record-high stock market, record-high 401ks, wages up, and inflation down and continuing to go down.”
Trump continued, maintaining that Biden was taking credit for the accomplishments of his administration. “An angry and ranting Speech full of LIES, Biden took credit for everything done during the Trump Administration, even continuing to say that he was better on Inflation and Jobs,” the Republican presidential candidate said.
The former president further claimed, “He never mentioned the Afghanistan Disaster and all the Wars he got us into, or the fact that far more people died from COVID during the Biden years than the Trump years. The Jobs Biden/Harris “created” were almost 100% from Illegal Aliens pouring into our Country, which are destroying the lives of our Black and Hispanic population!”

In other comments, Trump continued blasting Biden’s claims on his economic record, such as his remarks on the labor market. “Most new jobs under Biden went to illegal Immigrants. Additionally, he got what is known as Covid Bounce-back jobs, standard for all countries after a pandemic. He did terribly on jobs, and everything else!” Trump said.
Trump also slammed the lerist protestors outisde the convention in which he said, “So disgraceful to see the burning of the American Flag and the desecration of Police Cars at the Democrat’s “Party” taking place in Chicago. Five people have been killed since the start of their “Convention.” CONGRESS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY GET TO WORK! ANYONE BURNING THE AMERICAN FLAG GETS ONE YEAR IN JAIL. JUST DO IT!!! DJT”
