Chrissy Teigen Worries Trump Will “Come After” Her If He Wins Re-Election

Celebrity Chrissy Teigen recently expressed her fear that former President Donald Trump would “come after” her if he retakes the White House later this year. Ahead of the election, liberals have been increasingly sounding the alarm, fearing that Trump would rule in a dictatorial manner, seeking retribution against his political adversaries.

For context, Trump previously had a spat with Teigen and her husband, John Legend, on social media where she referred to then-president Trump as a “p***y a** b*tch” several years ago.  According to the Hollywood Star, it is “scary” that Trump is aware of her, leading Teigen to believe he could come after her in some form.

During an interview with the “On with Kara Swisher” podcast, Teigen said, “It’s also kind of scary, because it’s, ‘Oh, he’s aware of me’.  What could really happen because of that? We obviously know he’s unhinged but could he actually come after you in other ways? It’s a weird feeling.”

Legend, who also participated in the interview, noted how they would be endorsing President Biden.  “We’re going to be active. We’re going to the White House on the way home from here and we’re going to support President Biden,” the musician said.

For context, Trump sounded off on Teigen and Legend in a 2019 social media disagreement surrounding the president’s accomplishments in criminal justice reform.  Trump argued that NBC anchor Lester Holt, John Legend, and “his filthy mouthed wife” had failed to acknowledge his landmark First Step Act.

“When all of the people pushing so hard for Criminal Justice Reform were unable to come even close to getting it done, they came to me as a group and asked for my help. I got it done with a group of Senators & others who would never have gone for it,” President Trump said. “Obama couldn’t come close A man named Van Jones and many others, were profusely grateful (at that time!). I SIGNED IT INTO LAW, no one else did, & Republicans deserve much credit. But now that it is passed, people that had virtually nothing to do with it are taking the praise,” Trump wrote on Twitter at the time.

Trump later wrote in the lengthy thread, “….A man named @VanJones68, and many others, were profusely grateful (at that time!). I SIGNED IT INTO LAW, no one else did, & Republicans deserve much credit. But now that it is passed, people that had virtually nothing to do with it are taking the praise. Guys like boring…..…musician @johnlegend, and his filthy mouthed wife, are talking now about how great it is – but I didn’t see them around when we needed help getting it passed. “Anchor” @LesterHoltNBC doesn’t even bring up the subject of President Trump or the Republicans when talking about….”

In a recent conversation with Dr. Phil, former President Trump expressed that sometimes revenge can be “justified.”  The TV personality expressed that Trump wouldn’t have the necessary time to seek retribution against his enemies if he were re-elected. Trump responded, “Revenge does take time, I will say that.  And sometimes revenge can be justified, Phil. I have to be honest. Sometimes it can.”
