Fox News Channel host Judge Jeannine Pirro sounded off on White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre when speaking on Fox & Friends, saying that KJP’s response when asked about the murder of NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller was beyond awful, as KJP blamed guns and gun violence rather than the career criminal who pulled the trigger.
As background, KJP was asked about the murder of Officer Diller during her Wednesday White House Press Briefing. Speaking about the situation, KJP didn’t even say the officer’s name when trying to show sympathy for the officer’s family. She said, “Look, our hearts go out to this officer who tragically lost his life in the line of duty. We’re also praying for his family during this difficult time, who now has an empty seat at their dinner table.”
Continuing, she claimed that President Biden is grateful for the sacrifices of first responders, but then blamed “gun violence” for the death of the officer rather than the career criminal who pulled the trigger. She said, “President Biden is deeply grateful for the sacrifices police officers make to keep our communities safe. This shooting is yet another painful reminder of the toll of gun violence.” KJP then went on to push for gun control. She said, “Obviously, more work needs to be done. We need Congress to continue to act on making sure that our communities are safe, and again, our hearts go out to this officer and his family. It’s a difficult time for them.”
It was for that response, one which focused on gun control rather than calls for tough-on-crime policies, that Judge Jeanine torched KJP, saying that she was utterly fed up with KJP. She said, “And I have to tell you, I am so fed up with Kareen Jean Pierre. ‘We’re gonna blame the gun.’ Did that gun walk out of that car and shoot Officer Jonathan Diller?”
She continued, torching the idea of gun control, “No. dirtbags had those guns. Both of them had illegal guns, and stop telling me about all your gun legislation, because I didn’t want to hear about it. I’ve got 32 years in this business, they commit crimes with illegal guns, they don’t give a damn what legislation you pass and how many clips you can add bullets in your clip, and your magazine has a bunch of nonsense to them. Both of them had illegal, loaded guns in that car, and we’re ready, willing, and able to use it in a city where they’re not going to be held.”
Then, commenting on the lengthy criminal records of those involved, Judge Jeannine said, “One was in prison for attempted murder. All right, and he’s out on bail for gun possession. Are you kidding me? This is the fall of the civilized society. When we don’t respect police and law enforcement. When we don’t recognize it’s time to take it to the Democrats. It’s time to put it to them. They are responsible for this nonsense, social justice, bail reform, which is nonsense. And all of these progressive DAs…Hochul should be getting rid of the DAs that aren’t prosecuting crimes. Hochul should be moving for legislation to protect New Yorkers.”
Concluding, she torched sanctuary cities, saying, “I’m sick of sanctuary cities. I’m sick of illegals getting protected and sanctuary cities when they can make crimes. At least Americans when they commit crimes, they go to jail, but not the illegals. Enough of this. If you don’t want to lose his country. There’s only one man who’s going to save it.”
